What a nightmare! One of the sales reps set up our business account using a temporary phone number. Ever since, Apple thinks that's our number, and we are locked out of iCloud. The store is unhelpful, simply saying the sales rep no longer works there. :-(

False promises, hidden charges, idk how this company gets away with literally stealing its customers.Context:They said that if I included certain lines every extra line was gonna be only $5 at the time, but they ended up costing $45 each somehow, they said that I was only gonna pay a certain amount for my new phone after trade in and they never registered the phone I traded in, they basically just stole it. So I ended up paying the full amount for the new phone.I’ve never had a good experience with At&t and now that I’m with T-Mobile they’re charging me a cancellation fee of $109 haha so crazy.I wonder if other people experience these things ?

This store committed FRAUD! $500+ of items were charged to our phone accounts on 10/5 and we live nowhere near Seattle Washington. Do not do business with this location. They did not do their due diligence in checking the legitimacy of the customer!!!

Not helpful. Tried to return an AT&T cell booster which I was told to buy bc we don't get any cell service in our house in Ballard (which is absolutely ridiculous when we live in a big city)-- booster didn't work either. Person at this store was sitting on his phone with no other customers in store and claims no returns are available in this particular store (bc it's owned by a third party?) despite the store being on the return store list. Tried to call the 1-800 number and was asked endless questions via a robot--no help there either. Getting tired of AT&T, think its time to find a new service.

Waited 45 minutes to be sat and just ened up sitting myself. Food was cold and had some other dude's name written on the bag. Got my order wrong. Wait staff was rude and said the dining area was for \"Employees Only\" or something, and \"Can't I read the sign?\" Oh and to top it off, they stole $685 dollars from someone else. Will not be dining here again.

Hey peeps, be sure and get a breakdown of monthly charges when you upgrade. An associate "Lidio S" entered everything on his tablet, telling me that i'd get a bigger discount as an Educator. I was already receiving the standard educator discount and thought there was an added bonus I didn't know about. He explained that my total bill on a new iphone would be LESS than what I was paying (monthly) for my old iphone 8 (around 65.00). So I get past the first "bigger bill" and realize i'll be paying around 90.00 a month. I wasn't aware of the Insurance charge (17.00) OR the upgrade charge (6.00). I returned later to have a different associate (same location) tell me I am getting a big discount. I asked him if he can remove the extra charges, and he flatly stated, "you can do that online." Glad I went out of my way to wait 30-min to get such stellar customer service. :/
