My new Lexus IS350 was rear ended in a parking lot that left damage on my left rear panel and bumper. Pablo and his team quickly accommodated time for me to bring my car in and made the entire repair process stress free. Pablo is incredibly passionate about his work and truly takes care of your car like it's his own. He emphasizes attention to detail and checking things literally inch by inch and not letting it leave the shop until it is PRISTINE unlike all the other shops out there that just want you in and out quickly. He worked with my insurance State Farm and fought to get OEM parts for the repair. Insurance loves to try to cheap out and get aftermarket bumpers to save money but Pablo made sure that every single part came directly from the manufacturer. Communication was 10/10 and he keeps you in the loop about everything. My car came out looking more brand new than the day I bought it. I highly recommend this AFFORDABLE shop to anybody that has a car they treat like their baby. They will take care of you.

They replaced my bumper after being rear ended and it looks great. They did a very good job and it looks brand new. They initially said they would have to keep the car for 3-4 days but they were able to match the paint by keeping the gas tank cover which is very helpful when you need your car. They communicated well by text and calls and answered questions. I only had to take it back once and they kept it for a couple hours.

Paulo was very helpful. He helped us check in early despite the shop was not yet open.

I took my VW Golf to Auburn Auto Clinic for repair of the right rear quarter panel and bumper. Pablo and Victor were very helpful and kept me updated in a timely manner. They charged significantly less that than the three other shops I got estimates from and the work was accompished in a week. The body work was perfect and so was the paint match. I couln't be happier.

Great experience and customer service . Owner was patient despite going though challenging time with insurance company . He held my vechile safe and delivered before estimated repair time. He even provided me with a deductible discount which made everything feel like stressful . I definitely recommend .

I am really impressed and grateful to have Pablo and his team work on my car. I took it in for frame damage and the whole front end was destroyed, Pablo was negotiable and worked things out for me. They fixed my car super quick within a week and looks like nothing ever happened, I am very impressed with there work and will be coming back to them if any of my cars need work again. I do recommend this place to you guys ??
