Like any dealership, the experience is determined by the staff. I had an outstanding experience at the Chevrolet dealership! Brent, my sales guy, was refreshingly no-pressure and straightforward. The finance team went above and beyond to accommodate my credit situation. They provided thorough details about the vehicle. Remarkably, they offered a trade-in value $1000 over its worth, making it possible for me to get the car I wanted. Five stars all the way!

The service department really bad customer service my appointment for oil change at 2:30. I drop the car at 2:30. She said one hour we will finish your oil change. I came back at 3:35. This lady she said sorry we didn't work on your card yet, do you want to schedule another appointment this really bad customer service

We decided to take our Chevy 2500 and 40 foot travel trailer on a road trip down the Oregon Coast for our honeymoon. As we began the first day of our trek, we experienced a semi serious transmission issue which could have potentially been ended our trip. However, with the help of Matt Carreno (service director) and Tony (transmission mechanic) they were able to expedite the parts and got us on the road the next day. The truck drove and towed beautifully and we're so thankful for their help and awesome customer service. We highly recommend using going to Auburn Chevrolet. They are a prime example of how a dealership should be run.

My review is solely for the sales rep Candy! She is amazing, i honestly didn't even plan on trading my vehicle I was feeling under the weather and didn't wanna travel to go look at cars. They didn't really have a big inventory and I didn't wanna spend over 40k and she definitely delivered and offered a few different options. She showed me a 2020 traverse and I immediately fell in love, she knew everything about the car and showed me all the features! The process took a little longer then expected but she kept my toddlers entertained with balloons and snacks! You can tell she's a mom. Definitely recommend going to see her! Thanks girl!

I sent my son and wife to see what Auburn Chevy had to offer, my son's first car was a lease, and that lease was ending. I am normally involved in all of my family car purchases, but Auburn Chevy was so wonderful I didn't have to get involved. Fred the salesman took very good care of my family as the salesperson. My wife was so impressed with him, he will be getting many referrals. I will be coming back! good job Auburn Chevy.

Yesterday I found & bought my dream car, a used 4runner limited from Fredd. It was one of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! Fredd knows how to treat customers with respect & he is kind & honest. The sales manager & finance guy were great to work with as well! I would absolutely recommend this dealership!!

My husband and I had the worst 12 hours possible leading up to going to the dealership. Both our cars got totaled, one in an accident that was, to be honest, a bit traumatic. We were VERY stressed and exhausted. We walked in and Brian and Brent were absolutely amazing!! They both went way above and beyond showing us compression and understanding. They listened to what we needed and our situation and made everything possible. When we left we were in the perfect car for my husband and we both left with a smile on our faces, which to be honest I didn't think we would be able to do. Words can not express how incredibly great full we are for them!!!

Purchased a new Silverado in 2021 in MN. I have been searching for a reputable Chevrolet dealer in Auburn WA for servicing my new truck. There have been many days when I would call the dealership for maintenance, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and unusual warranty concerns. I have had no answers, and the phone would just ring and ring with no voice-mail options. I was surprised since these calls were made during business hours. When my husband and I do reach someone, they can't find our information even though we have had our truck serviced twice since being in Auburn. We never had these issues in MN. In MN, the dealer service department typically can pull our truck and personal information immediately by looking up our phone number. Our 2021 truck has been rattling when it idles. We were told this is normal? We have discovered that this is actually a common complaint among the new 2021 Silverado owners. Chevrolet pick-up reliability has decreased significantly in the last 5 years due to engine and electrical issues related to computer chips in the trucks. We are going to try to keep looking for a better Chevrolet dealership. This is not acceptable for a new truck.

U all need to go out of business u need to learn u cant lie all the time dont bait and switch at the dealer ship i took time off work and ready to bye but u said the truck was their BS u played me dude i make 66.77 and hour dont waste my time the truck in question was not even on your lot shame on you I would travel 2000 miles to get a truck i will never go back to you who lie again my union has you on the black ball list if i can get even 1 or 2 sales from u GREAT.I
