Mike did an awesome job responding to my inquiries via email and was very receptive about what I was looking for, in terms of price, Carfax report and all the necessary information to help me make a decision whether to drive from Kirkland to Auburn to check out a 2015 Honda Civic with 46K miles. The first thing that stroke me in speaking with Mike, was his sincerity and willingness to meet me half way in the price that I was asking. His speedy responses, and teamwork with Tyler, gave me a sense of trust and good vibe to drive to Sunset Cars despite the 45 minutes drive on a Friday morning. Brian, the owner, was absolutely great. He helped me a couple of times and he came across as straightforward and sensible to the customer's concerns. At the time of signing papers, DJ from Finance did a great job as well. Overall, it was a great experience to purchase from Sunset Cars. Kudos for the excellent customer service!!!

Really happy with Sunset Cars in Auburn. It is super hard to find good deals in the current environment with supply and inventory shortages. I managed to find a good car here and was very happy with the process. The salesmen were professional and helpful. I highly recommend this location if you're looking for a car.

I have a pretty good reason to rate a 3 might be giving a little too much credit but ill let you determine that, I bought a truck from them and I asked pretty good questions like when was the transmission last serviced things like that "the truck just got back from being serviced" is what i was told, with in a week i get an engine code saying trans pressure sensor is going off, also I had a trans leak, now to the not so bad ive worked with the owners and I have gotten a great response from them and they have paid up to 10000 out of pocket to fix what was wrong as my warranty didn't cover the transmission for a lifted truck there quote by quote response was "im sorry we do not sell broken vehicles here" and continued to try and right there wrongs even though it turns out they had to fire there trans guy an find a new one

I found a nice Acura online through CarGurus and it was being sold at this dealership. I was already preapproved with some bank but they were able to find me a better deal dropping my APR by 11% with a credit union!! I'm in love with my car, Anthony and John were so efficient they got me in and out during my lunch period. I'm in love with my car!! They were super nice and informative!! Great customer service!! Go check them out!

We just stopped in on Sunday to look for a different car. Tony had sold it the day before but showed us a very nice & good looking car . Tony was great he let us kick the tires and ask questions we went for a test drive. Tony gave us the time and space to talk about the car Tony even went across the street to get us coffee, Who dose that now days. Tony made the buying the car easy and stress free. We were greeted by Anthony who asked if he could be of assistance. After telling him what we were looking for, Anthony showed us what was available. He went to get the keys for a particular car we were interested in to make sure it would fit the driver. After checking it out, we told him we were going to look elsewhere to see what was available. He thanked us for coming in and we left. The next day I called Anthony for more information and he told me he would get the additional information I requested and would call me back. When I next spoke with him, my questions were answered and we arranged for a test drive. After the drive, we placed a down payment with the understanding I would be in the next day to complete the purchase. Sunset offered to arrange financing however I was already approved elsewhere. There was also a repair we requested be done and that was agreed upon. The only problem was how to get the car home since I was the only driver. Anthony offered to drive one of my vehicles to my house for me so I would not have to find other means. When I took the car in for the repair, I was greeted by Anthony and he asked how things were. Today I picked up the license plates and again was greeted by Anthony as soon as I arrived. This service by Anthony was greatly appreciated. In my opinion, it was above and beyond any car buying experience I have ever had. I will certainly return the next time I am in the market for a used vehicle. I strongly recommend Anthony as a no pressure sales consultant for your car buying needs.

I had been looking for a family vehicle for over 3 weeks and could not find something reliable for a good price. Lucky I contacted Javier and he was more than happy to offer me options. Finally found one that peek my interest and was able to come check it out. The car was in great shape and had all service records. Working with Javier was painless and super fast compared to other places where they make you sit for hours. Deal was pretty straight forward and I new exactly what I was getting Into without any pressure. Thanks Javier and team for the great service !

I was looking for a truck for my daughter and went in to Sunset Cars in Auburn. Years ago I vowed to never set foot in that dealership before as I went to look at t a car they had advertised and they said it was there. Only to get there when I scheduled a time to find out that the car was in their Renton lot instead. But we could go up and grab it then do the test drive back to auburn. When we got to Renton the sales guy went in to get the keys and the manager was very reluctant to give up the keys to a car he was driving home at night. He said we can test drive it but could not take it back to Auburn. So instead I just told the sales guy he just lost his test drive and customer. So we drove back to Auburn in the car we drove up in a short very quiet drive. This time the experience was much different. I called them to verify if the truck was there. I talked to Simon who said yes the truck is here and he would pull it up front and have it ready for us to test drive. When we got there the truck was pulled up under the cover, all the windows down so it would cool off and ready to go. We went on the test drive and my daughter loved the truck. So we got Simon's card and went back home. We discussed the truck that night and I called the next day to verify it was still there. They said yes and that they would have it out under the cover ready for us when we got there. He also mentioned that he would make sure his deal maker was going to be there. We took it for a second test drive and came back ready to deal. We got there at 4:45 Pm went on a 30 minute test drive, went back and forth on price, finished the finance paperwork and left by 6:00 PM. Overall a good experience working with Simon and John. Much better than the last time I was there 16 year ago.

I've got to say, the place was great and the car I bought from Sunset is a dream: great price, incredible condition, low mileage, and such a hassle-free experience. The experience piece is really all thanks to Simon, who drove 1.5+ hours each way, early on a Sunday morning, from Auburn to Anacortes to pick me up from the Ferry landing (I live in the islands and my car had died), such an awesome guy with no pressure on buying and totally went above and beyond to help me out in a difficult situation. The 2011 Subaru Forester I bought looks and feels like a brand new car, runs perfectly after lots of driving already, and the financing process was simple and fast. Can't say enough good things about Sunset and Simon, who was willing to check on any detail that I wanted info on. I plan on taking him out to lunch with my family next time I am in the neighborhood. Thanks very much!

We bought a used car for our daughter. We were told the car had been checked over and was in good condition. We took it to a mechanic we trusted and were told the same thing. The car was well taken care of and in good mechanical condition. We dealt with Adam and Maurey. They said they stand behind their cars. We had an issue after the car was purchased and we called and Adam was professional, stood behind what he said and we were able to come to an agreement about what should happen. It's one thing to purchase a car and walk out the door. It speaks volumes about their professionalism and dependability if you are able to talk to them about a concern and come to an agreement. Very impressed.

Last week I made my first car purchase here at Sunset Cars located in Auburn. I am very happy and pleased with my experience there, and my car that I got. Driving by on a Sunday afternoon with my mom and she saw a jeep for sale. I had the intention of trading in my POS (AVOID Autos Only in Burien!!!) at some point but wasn't actively looking at that moment. I've always wanted a Jeep, so I turned around and pulled in to look at it. Balimore came running out and moved it under cover so I could look at it while it was raining and not get wet. Decided to go for a test drive with Chris. He let me drive it wherever I wanted to go. Had a great conversation about our families. Decided not to buy the Jeep, was a little older then I was looking for. Settled on a KIA Soul. Not my first choice but was too good a deal to pass up! Adam handled my paperwork professionally and left a few hours after driving in. Never felt pressured or treated with anything less than dignity even though we were two women that drove in off the street on a Sunday afternoon!
