I lent a vehicle to my son to use while he is living in Auburn going to college and he experienced a broken driveshaft. Freddy and his crew were friendly, responsive, and tried hard to keep our bill down by finding the part my son needed through suppliers who could get it to us used in fine condition instead of new. This also saved us time. When Freddy discovered the supplier had sent the part damaged, probably during shipping, he called me immediately and had already researched another supplier who could get the part to us within the week. This was a hard to find part because my son's vehicle is manual transmission and an older model. Not only did Freddy act promptly and keep me informed about the progress, but he and his mechanic stayed late on a Friday evening to get the work done so my son could get back on the road and not miss more class and more flight training (he's in flight school in Renton and was grounded until the vehicle was roadworthy again). Freddy was courteous and kind. We appreciate Auburn Drivetrain!

Freddy & his team did a great job on a 68RFE transmission rebuild.Took a little extra time due to parts took forever to come in, but the transmission has been going very strong after a dealership sold me a lemon.Thanks so much for taking care of me & my truck!Service: Transmission

The first time it took 4 weeks to rebuild the transmission. Worked for about 3 weeks and completely stopped not even reverse. Took it back and it took 6 weeks the second time which was worse the first time total of 10 weeks to repair our transmission. Finally picked up our van and there was body damage the the back doors. There answer is maybe someone tried to break in. Wow what a disappointment

I just have to let everybody know how great this company is and the guys that work there.. I live in Des Moines and I could not come down and pick up my truck it was Friday and they're closed for the weekends so I called them and I told him that I couldn't make it down there to get my truck I had no ride to get me there... well.. to my surprise they offered to come get me and bring me down to the shop to pick up my truck they didn't charge me for that I even offered him gas money and they told me no.... Then when I got there my idle was a little high on my truck and the mechanic took a few minutes out to adjust it I offered him money but he said no... Because he could hear how hi the idle was.. and my truck was in there for a total differentl reason.... I've never met anybody like the guys who work at Auburn drivetrain always respectful and pleasant and professional..and for this I give five stars even more if I could.
