Tried to call and see how much it would cost to have something cleaned. Got a "bye bye" and then hung up on. What an absolute joke this place is.

I can't say anything about the work they do because I only spoke with them on the phone, but it left a very poor impression on me. I called to ask about cleaning an item. Things were quiet for a moment after I asked, then some other woman got on the phone and said some stuff that I could not understand and before I even had a chance to ask anything, she said bye-bye and hung up.

very Bad and unprofessional customer service. The owners are very, very rude. Specially, The woman sitting at the sewing machine and the lady on the front desk, overpriced and also you don’t expect a high-quality work every time Because They don’t get their job done right, and they don’t care of losing a customer because the way they talk to you it makes you feel bad and not welcoming to be in their place.

Owner are very rude. Both female and male. They are over pricing $50 for one long dress and one cocktail dress. They don't greet customers and they won't smile at you. In fact they look at you as if they are mad at you. There is no customer sevice. I only had my dresses for dry cleaning but they charged me for alteration. I still give them 1 star because they where able to do the service in just one day.

I've done business with this place over the years, but that's going to end. The woman there is very rude and yelled at me twice now, for no reason-the customer service is nonexistent. Sorry because the cleaning has been fine.

My boyfriend brought some new slacks here for hemming since we didn't have time to exchange them before his interview. They did a great job and they were fast!!! We had some issues with communication over the phone but my boyfriend says they were easy to work with in person! ?

Cheapest place in auburn i could find. Clothes done perfectly. Dropped off my order with an older Asian man who seemed suspicious when I wanted to take a picture of my clothes just to protect the both of us. He felt I had ill intentions and told me to get out. I reassured him I won't cause trouble and he took agreed to do business as long as I prepaid. Pretty sure he has been burned by Auburnites before. Picked up my clothes from older hardworking Asian woman. I asked her if she did my clothes and she got suspicious and wondered why I hadn't left. All I wanted to do was give her a $10 tip. That brought a smile to her face.

Trust the reviews. Dropped off pants and a button up to be ironed. Button up got ruined, have these weird lines that won’t go away, and are very visible.
Pants were good but still upset.

First time was the last time. Brand new black shirt came out with stains that weren't there to start. They seem to be permanently pressed into the shirt. Will never use this place again. The negative reviews are very accurate.Services: Laundry wash & fold
