I signed up for a PO box in August 2025. The staff has always been helpful and friendly. The issue is I receive a lot of packages. Their office is frequently closed mid-day for 30-60 minutes at a time causing many of my packages to “attempt delivery” without success. I also would frequently attempt to pick up packages only to find the store closed and would have to return 2 or more times a day to catch the store open to pick up my packages. When closed mid-day, there is usually a sign posted on the door stating, “will be back in 1 hour”. However, customers do not know what time the sign was posted and are unable to determine when they can return to the store and it be open. On one occasion, the store had a sign stating “out for lunch” with a return time. However, their store does not advertise closure times for lunch and are, therefore, expected to be open. Additionally, the store often closes early. The business hours are until 6 pm but often deliveries are unsuccessful after 5pm and I could not pick up packages as I would find the store closed. I spoke with the employee there about this issue and she stated she only closes when leaving for other business-related matters. I explained that closing during business hours means missed customer deliveries and customers cannot pick up packages. During the last week of October, the business was closed for multiple days straight reportedly due to a family emergency. I could have overlooked this closure due to the circumstances if it wasn’t on the heels of all the other random closures which occur at least weekly. Additionally, the store recently added the addition of a large printer in their main lobby and set up desks around this. It prohibits easy access to the PO Boxes as you now must squeeze between the desk and other items they sell in the store. It is not friendly to handicapped people if that is what you need. I ended up canceling my PO Box and opening a new one elsewhere.

They could be more prompt to customers, but they are better than my experience with fedex. Great location

Quick and friendly service. Small little postal shop. It looked like they offer UPS Fed-Ex, US postal, and others. They had everything you'd need to do basic shipping; a variety of boxs, envelopes, and stationary. They also had a corner full of really cool Hawaiian items.
The parking lot isn't the greatest but if your looking for someplace for your mail business needs, that's fast and not overly crowded, this could be your spot!

I had a court hearing coming up, and part of the process required me to send certified mail to the defendant. The woman at the post office assured me she was handling it as certified mail and charged me for the service. But when I tracked the delivery, I found out it was just dumped in a mailbox—completely defeating the entire purpose of certified mail! Because of this incompetence, I had to go before the judge and request an extension, wasting my time and adding unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation.
This is absolutely unacceptable. Either the employee blatantly lied to me or has no clue what certified mail actually is—either way, it’s a massive failure on their part. I’m demanding a full refund, and I want the owner to explain this nonsense. How can a post office mess up something as basic as certified mail? This level of incompetence is inexcusable, especially when it directly impacts something as important as a court hearing. Fix this.

I had a concert regarding my I-94 and they quickly respond to my messege. I love it, whoever replied me thanks for ur quick respond to my concerned. I honestly was worried but now I’m more relieved 🫶🏻.

I did not have the correct documents for my shipment. The last helping me should have checked before taking my package. A few weeks later, I had to go pick up my package in person from the store because it was returned. The package was returned because I didn't have the documents necessary. I had to drive 20 minutes to pick up the package. This is already a lot more work than the post office. I asked for a refund, and the lady said that I had to contact DHL. Three months later, I have not received a refund. I called DHL and asked them to check if the refund had been issued. DHL told me the lady at the store should've issued the refund. It has been three months already!

I stopped by to get pricing options to ship a package out of the country and the woman working made it easy to see what options would be best. She was personable, kind, and took great care to make sure I could choose the best option. I’ll definitely use Auburn Postal Center in the future for mailing packages. It’s a great one stop shop!

They steal your mail and nobody does anything about it after numerous cases and reports. When I went in to get a package that they left a note on my door saying "undeliverable" 3 other people were in line for lost mail as well. Seems to be a common issue at this specific location. Never had any problems with mail until moving to Auburn.
