I was really looking forward to visiting the kitty café, but I didn’t realize you need an appointment to spend time with the cats. I stopped by on a Monday around 1:30 p.m., and although no one was with the cats at the time, the earliest available appointment wasn’t until 3:30 p.m., so we weren’t able to see or meet any cats today.
I was also told there’s a $10 fee to visit the cats, which surprised me since they’re available for adoption. I’ve never been to a humane society where there was a charge just to see the animals.

The lady with the bad haircut is probably the most unfriendly person I’ve ever met. Don’t go here, just go to the humane society.

Cute kitties!!!
What more do I need to say? But even aside from the wonderful cats, I loved that the place was clean, quiet, and relatively private. My sister and I did a walk-in on Wednesday for a discounted price, and we got a room with three cute kittens to ourselves. It was clean, quiet, and had sensible rules to keep the kitties safe. I loved every second!

We recently adopted our kitten from this cat café and were told he had all of his vaccinations and was neutered. However, the day after bringing him home, we noticed a spot behind his ear and took him to the vet it turned out to be ringworm. This was frustrating because it’s likely he’d had it for a while, possibly from not being properly checked or groomed. It’s disappointing that the café didn’t screen for this, especially since ringworm is contagious to both other cats and humans. It’s a reminder to be careful and thorough when adopting make sure to check your new pet closely and have a vet exam right away. The cats deserve better health monitoring, and adopters should be made aware of potential issues like this.

I loved it. My 10-year-old daughter and I had a blast. The cats are really friendly? I would recommend this to anyone who's an animal lover

Beautiful setup, but friendliness was ehh, maybe because i had 8 year old twins there for their birtday. They could have been more personable especially if you're trying to get people to adopt or even consider it. You can't hold, pickup or cuddle the animals which makes for getting to know or bonding tough. There are two cat spaces there, the big space had alot of cats and kittens and we weren't allowed in there we had to go in the small room which only had 3 cats and in that room there is 2 holes where they can go into the employees only area which they went most the time. glad I did the free 30 min for the girls instead of paying $70.

Such a cute place, unfortunately not a whole good lot of things to say. I had called about a week or two in advance to book a birthday visit, seeing how their website said that birthday visits were a free 30 minute visit and birthday guests get a free drink. My friends and I drove an hour from Bellevue area to be there and we were a minute or two late, only to find out that the only person that got free entry and a free drink was me, which I was quite confused about, and they didn’t bother to explain very well neither in person nor on the website. Maybe I read the website wrong, but nowhere on there was there anything stating that it is just the birthday person and not the guests that get free entry, so I assumed as much. Also, after paying for everything, we were 10 minutes into our visit and hadn’t even gotten into the cat room yet, which at that point wasn’t even our fault because they didn’t tell us it would in fact DIG INTO OUR TIME. So I paid $30 for my 3 friend’s tickets only to get 20 minutes of time (not even the full amount) and got rushed out of the room for something that wasn’t our fault and that wasn’t communicated to us at all. They had overbooked the day even though I called in advance and booked in advance, as well as called when we were on our way to tell them that we were running a bit late because of traffic, and yet we still didn’t even get my money’s worth. All in all I wanted to support the humane society and everything, but I truly left with such a sour taste in my mouth, and I most likely will not be coming back.

Too many damn rules for the price you pay. You can’t pick up the kittens. Me and my little sister went in there in hopes of engaging with kittens. We are cat owners ourselves. You have to play with the toys down low. What cat plays with toys down low? You can’t hold them in your lap. So basically you’re paying bread just to LOOK at them. They are kittens. They want love. This place made it impossible to give them that. Not worth it. Don’t do it. Go to petCo instead. It’s free. This place is highway robbery. APRIL needs to go work where there’s hamsters and can apply those rules to. Cats live for live for play time.

Amazing experience to either just hang out with some chill cats or to adopt! They made the adoption process super easy and prioritized the wellbeing of the cats before all else. Thank you to the amazing staff there!

Assistant Manager: April: Unprofessional & Dismissive
We came as a group of three and were assigned a room with very shy kittens. I completely understand that some cats may naturally be shy, but the way this was handled was incredibly frustrating.
When I tried to explain my concerns and suggest ways that our experience could be improved, April cut me off mid-sentence and immediately replied, “I told you in the beginning that some are shy.” Instead of listening, she dismissed me and later even shifted the blame onto me by accusing me of being aggressive. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unnecessary.
After returning to the room, it was clear that the experience was not worth what we paid. Our room felt lifeless, while the group in the other room was enjoying playful, colorful kittens. Out of fairness, I asked if there was a possibility to rent the other room at a later time or even bring one or two of the more interactive kittens into ours. By then, it seemed April had already painted me as “difficult” to the other staff, because when I approached the counter, the tone from them felt defensive and dismissive before I even finished speaking.
Instead of trying to make things right, April’s “solution” was to suggest a refund in a way that came across as if she simply wanted us gone. We did accept the refund, but the entire situation left a sour taste.
My takeaway: It’s not just about the cats. Customer service matters. Listening to concerns without cutting people off, and not pre-labeling guests as “problematic,” would make a world of difference.
