Sebastian was awesome! He was professional and handled a few curve balls about my broken down vehicle. He made me feel calm and it was easy to talk to him while driving to our destination. Very considerate. I highly recommend using this service. If you get Sebastian as your knight in shining armor, ask him about race car driving :)

Had a great experience with Auburn Valley Towing! Called on a Sunday and phone was answered within seconds. Sebastian was super friendly and able to give me a quote for my tow. After calling a few other places to get quotes, decided to move forward with Auburn Valley. Within 20 minutes, a driver was sent to my location. Steve is a breath of fresh air! Very jovial and his energy helped to relieve the stress that comes from getting your car towed. My car was brought from point a to point b without any hiccups. Great customer service. Would definitely use again. Do note that Sunday and after hour tows will warrant a higher quote versus weekday during business hours.

I bought one of my dream cars in Auburn Washington. I needed it brought to the port for shipping to Alaska. A quick Google search led me to Auburn Valley Towing. I read their reviews and saw how long they have been in business. Those two factors made me feel comfortable with using them to haul my car. Sebastian answered the phone. After explaining the complications involved with towing this car, and how important it was to me that it not get damaged, Sebastian assured me that he would handle the tow himself. It was obvious that he had a ton of experience and clear that he understood my concerns because I couldn’t be there to watch it get loaded. I was kept informed of where he was in the tow process, and had no stress with Sebastian handling this. In a mix up on my part, I gave Sebastian the wrong drop off address. I was stuck in a meeting and could not answer his calls. Knowing he had a packed schedule, I expected him to be fully pissed off when I called him back, as the car has been stuck on the back of his truck. He handled the situation in the most professional manner. He had figured out where the car needed to be dropped off, and was pulling in by the time I called him back. For the way this was handled, I feel that it was important for me to relay the kind of team Auburn Valley Towing has and how Sebastian is an integral part of that team. I stress about others handling my car. I had absolutely no stress with Sebastian/Auburn Valley Towing handling the job. 10/10 Will be using them in the future!

Chris came to our rescue within MINUTES of calling late one night! We were stuck in a drive through at a fast food restaurant (NOT a great place to have your vehicle die on you!!). Chris was there within 10 mins of me calling! He was very fast, efficient and kind. And he was very sweet to my little granddaughter. Thank you! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!

My 65 vw bug was broke down in Auburn . Aaron the driver answered the phone and was compassionate and understanding of my situation. At almost midnight he was there in 20 mins . Professional, prompt , curtious . Thanks Aaron and Auburn Valley !
