My husband took his VW Atlas in for its second service under the Bud Clary 3‑services special, which clearly includes a wheel rotation. After leaving, he realized the wheels were never rotated. When he called, they told him it “wasn’t needed”—but this service was already paid for, and that decision should be made by the owner, not the dealership.
On top of that, they didn’t even reset the service mileage indicator, which makes us question whether the car was actually serviced at all or just sitting in the lot for two hours before they called to say it was ready.
Very disappointing experience. We will not be recommending Bud Clary to anyone.

Great service! I hate car buying, and these gentlemen made it very smooth. I love my car. I’m very content with my purchase. The only con is regardless of getting a car from them and financing still couldn’t get a full tank of gas.

I reached out looking for a deal on a new VW. Elman, the sales manager here immediately stood out. He got on the phone with me after I submitted my trade-in for online appraisal, he truly listened and helped get me exactly where I wanted to be on both my trade-in and the new vehicle they had available. He genuinely worked with me and made some magic happen—we had a smoking deal all set shortly thereafter. When I came in, the entire team took outstanding care of me. Janar, Jamari, and Gary went above and beyond to get the deal completed and were solid throughout the entire process. Couldn’t be happier. Give them a chance to earn your business—A+ team all around.

Worst/Very Poor customer service!
Called call center and woman that answered was unruly/rude and hung up on me because I told her that it seems like she is having a bad day!
Scheduled an oil change appointment for 12:20, arrived early (11:00 hours), shuttle took me back, was told car will be ready about 13:30 hours and was not ready until 15:00 hours and shuttle took me back late!
Arrived to pick up the car at almost 16:00 hours!
Purchased the Bud Clary oil change special for $250 a few months back and was told it includes 3 oil changes with full synthetic oil!
Do not believe full synthetic oil was used on second oil change on Friday 12/19/2025!
Called twice, no answer, left message, nobody called me back!
Long rubber grommet under the hood not attached back in place and was hanging downward toward the engine!
Will not use them or refer anybody to them after my third (final) oil change!

Today I went for a service for my car
First of all I want to say Sarah was such a lovely person she was very respectful and treat equal
We had counter with another girl who colectivo the money after service wow she treat us. Of were nobody give us dirty looks. When I went to pay she was so dry with everyone else she was lovely expect me and my husband the same thing we we came. She was not ppl person
She need to learn to be more police with evwryone and treat them the same
That’s why left her a cars saving Jesus love you. Beacuse were equal

I came in to test drive a vehicle but I fell in love with it and ended up leasing it due to an incredible offer. Yahya was my salesperson and was beyond helpful. I’ve owned 3 vehicles prior and have been through the sleazy salesman experience twice in my life. This dealership felt relaxed but knowledgeable and I unironically felt like I was in the drivers seat every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend to anyone who’s looking for a VW.

Very happy with the assistance we got in finding our car Mustafa is our Hero very helpful and kind he made sure we got what we wanted with.And the other staff In general were very helpful and showed us around the shop and treated us so well.will be back to buy our next car!!

Mustafa was fantastic.
I showed up an hour before close, and Mustafa was more than happy to take his time in showing me the car l was interested in, and never made me feel rushed or uncomfortable. He was very charismatic and really does try to give you the best deal they possibly can.
I realized I only got 1 key when I got back to my house, and Mustafa took it upon himself, even after the paperwork was all signed, that I got my key. I will for sure return when it's time to look for another car, and Mustafa is the first person l'm reaching out to.
You won't regret doing your business here!

I was charged $200 for a diagnostic that told me I needed to spend an additional $400 to fix a problem with my door. After spending the additional $400 I was told their diagnostic was wrong and it would ANOTHER $475 to fix the issue. Had I known it would cost nearly $1000 to fix this issue from the beginning I wouldn’t have done it. Now I’ve spent $600 and my car is exactly where it was before. The service representative was completely apathetic and had no explanation why the diagnostic didn’t correctly assess the issue to begin with. When I asked to speak with a manager I was told the manager “went home early” so I would need to call back Monday. Horrible customer service.

This place is a mess. Sold me a used VW that needed a ton of work after the fact. Jerked me around on it. Now I’m $4000 negative in a car that should have been a no brainer (1 owner VW from a VW dealership). There are plenty of other places in the area that sell VW. Certainly don’t buy used here. They sell crap and don’t do anything to help. Check out Puyallup or Olympia instead!

I had the best experience there luckily I was helped by there best salesman Janar, he helped find me a good car with the best car. Thanks to him I got a perfect 2023 Toyota Camry XSE. If anyone is thinking about getting car they should come here and talk to Janar he is very helpful and knows allot.
