  Don’t bother calling because nobody will pick up, and don’t bother trusting the prices because they will try and push you to pay more than what it originally was worth, and don’t bother even financing because they will be the one to decide whether or not you will get to finance the car you are looking at.
  
  I have been to a few other dealerships outside of auto haven, and I can confidently say, without a doubt, that auto haven is the worst dealership I have been too. I would highly recommend others to avoid this place, especially on car dealership websites, because they are not being transparent on there about their cars.

  First off I’d like to say this is a used car dealership so expect the cars to have some issues with them. The salesman told me they don’t do inspections on the cars either so, you’ll have to inspect it yourself and ask questions. And don’t expect him to come down much on price because he cares mostly about his profit margins on the used cars he buys from auctions. If you want to pay for an overpriced used car definitely go check them out!

  BUYER BEWARE: Bought the GMC Acadia back in January. I realize that buying used is never perfect and expect some minor issues with a car over 100k miles. but for the price I paid I didn't expect to have to replace the brakes have fuel system issues and replace tie rod ends. The car looked good and I really like it. but after several attempts to get help from the dealer and the only response was that he would help and get back to me. 5 months later with multiple attempts to get help from him. Nothing so now having to spend more money on a car that I paid good money for already. I would not recommend anyone to buy from either location as they come across as helpful and make you feel like they will help, but that is not the case. I would look elsewhere. for good customer service and helpful, honest car salesmen. DON'T BUY FROM HERE!!!

  He told me the full truth about the technical condition of the car right away and lowered the price. I had been looking for a car for a long time, and only after three months I finally found exactly what I needed with them at the right price.
  The staff is very polite. I usually don’t leave reviews, but it’s impossible not to leave one for them.

  I’m from California and had bought a car from Firuz and seems like yet again I am a victim of a dishonest car salesman. Was informed for weeks the car drives great no issues so I had my family members that live in auburn go and test drive before I made the 18hr drive. They had informed me the check engine light came on after the drive. It was removed prior to my arrival so I drove it when I got there and check engine light was on. Firuz provided his scan tool and with my little experience thought it was a simple spark plug or something similar as it was misfiring. I ended up taking the car as is that day made the drive back fine. In California I’m not able to register the car if it has a check engine light so I am not only getting charged for late fees but also $1,000s to diagnose and fix this car. Now, I took the risk w going through with the car and I understand that but there is no way Firuz “didn’t know” about this when he purchased as there was ppwk found from my family members about the issue in the glove box from previous dealer that I didn’t know about until I drove the 18 hrs. If he was honest in the beginning and actually did a pre purchase inspection like every dealer, he would have known about the issue. The car was posted w no issues and that’s where I’m not okay w how he does business, he needs to understand that just bc there’s no engine light at the time he purchased it you still need to inspect the car before posting. Either he doesn’t know that or he does and doesn’t care. This is why he gets the one star. Nice guy and all but his business practices are not up to par with other dealers so don’t waste your time here. I didn’t think this was intentional but after reading some more of these reviews,I’m starting to think it was. He has yet to do anything to make this situation easier. Most dealers, in good faith that “didn’t know about the issue” would reach out and try and make things right.
