I had a good experience. I bought a nameplate holder and asked one of the guys, his name is John he installed it for me. Without hesitation, he did it with diligence and did it for me. Excellent customer service. I am a very happy customer!

I went to Autozone for a part. Autozone didn't have the part but the lady who assisted me was very helpful in locating where I could obtain the part (from Amazon, not another auto parts store). I very much appreciated her assistance. Thank you!

They were very patient and helpful. Was looking for a specific nut to a bolt from my bumper and they helped me get exactly what I needed. I purchased a car charger and it didn't work and they returned it no problem.
