Emergency battery fix! Appreciate their help!

On June 2nd, 2025, I went in to buy side skirt retainer clips. One employee took a look at my car and told me I needed to go to the Toyota dealership to replace the entire side skirt. I don’t know much about cars, but that sounded completely unnecessary as the problem was just one loose clip.
Then I spoke with another employee named John. He immediately disproved the first employee’s assessment. Within five minutes, he had correctly diagnosed the real issue and fixed it easily. I didn’t have to spend anything leaving AutoZone as it was a simple problem. I am also aware that AutoZone typically doesn’t fix or replace things so I appreciate he took his time out of his day to do this for me.
John is down to earth, professional, and knows exactly what he’s doing. I rarely leave reviews, but he deserves it. The front desk lady has good customer service as well.

I had a great experience with Alex at AutoZone! He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I needed. He answered all my questions without making me feel rushed or pressured, and even helped me install the part I bought. It’s clear Alex really cares about customer service and takes pride in his work. I’ll definitely be coming back thanks to his outstanding help. Highly recommend asking for Alex if you visit!

Went in to get a thermostat and a gasket. The younger girl with dark hair and the gauged ears was helping me.
She was in the back for a long time looking for the gasket. She came out to the front, claimed there were no gaskets, tossed the info she printed up on the counter and headed to get me the thermostat. Between her tossing the paper and walking off one of the other associates told her that there are a ton of gaskets for what I was looking for and she shrugged him off.
I ended up going across the street to O'Reilly's to get the gasket. I should have gone there to start with. I know I wouldn't have waited as long as I did at this store.
I was in the store for about 30 minutes.
Most of it was waiting for someone to help me. There wasn't really anyone in the store... So where were all of the associates???

Great auto parts location! My car’s battery died and the staff not only helped me select the right battery and the tool I needed to install the new one, but drove me back to where my car had died so I could install it. I received a $25 credit when I brought my old battery for disposal, and the staff even ran a check engine light scan for me to help assess something else going wrong with my car. Definitely go to this store location!

We stopped in on Tuesday night around 7pm after just buying our son's first car. The 2 guys working were super helpful, went above and beyond to find exactly what we needed! An iphone adapter.. just as we were leaving they ran outside to tell us they found one, after we all looked for a bit. Saved us an additional trip after a very long day and felt like they actually cared what we needed. They also made recommendations about air fresheners. Small items but big help. Thank you to both Chris and the other guy working with him. ✌️
