Do not buy any windshield wipers at autozone go accross the street. Auto doesn't give warranty on wipers even though I bought $120 high end oneO Riley will give you a one year warranty there manager was helpful at O Riley but autozone lacked customer support and refuse to pass on the information to his district manager saying it didn't matter cause it's at corporate level. UPDATE!!! So O Rileys offers a 1 year manufacturing warranty Autozone does not. IGNORE THE AUTOMATIC AUTOZONE REPLY ON BOTTOM cause I did my research Rain-X Silicone AdvantEdge 16in Beam Black Wiper Blade offer one year with O Rileys

I went to the Autozone on A St, S.Auburn. I had just bought a 2005 Volvo and wanted to do everything properly for her. A nice, young man, Darryl, answered my questions knowledgeable and went the extra mile to look under the hood. I bought deicer, wd40. Fluid for my windshield wipers. I can't say enough good thinks about Darryl! What wonderful customer service experience.

Went in to get our headlight fixed and these workers did the damn thing.. big shout out to Daryl who knew exactly what to do, it didn’t even take him 5 mins ha miracle guy! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!

Daryl was fantastic. I bought my son a used car yesterday but the windshield wiper blades were far too small to clear the windshield. Daryl research the appropriate size wiper blades for me after inspecting my car. He provided advice on the best windshield wipers to buy for the money and was kind enough to install those. He then checked the cabin filter to discover that The vehicle did not have one so he helped identify the best one for me and then also installed that. His customer service was excellent. He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable.

(("So this is NOT COOL")) I went to AutoZone first that's my store they didn't have my upper hose in stock they didn't offer or say anything about they can have it delivered by tomorrow morning they just told me where I can go get it which is too far for me to go so I said fine I'll just go to O'Reilly's get in there they didn't have it in stock either but they offered to get it delivered by tomorrow morning no problem I purchased my antifreeze and they ordered it for me then I decided I'm going to call AutoZone back and see the price difference Granite AutoZone's was $28 and the other one was $33 the money wasn't the issue I asked AutoZone then can you have it delivered tomorrow morning they said not unless I give him money up front what ""! I've been a long time customer I'm in their computer with my phone number and name and they want me to come down and give him money to order this part I am almost every other day customer there and he still said no they can't do it you got to have the money up front and I couldn't get back down there to give them the money and he wasn't going to budge even if I'm a regular so I thought that was ridiculous!!! now I'm taking my business all to O'Reilly's which ordered my part without the money up front you can't receive something if you don't pay for it so what was the big deal?? Satisfy your regular customers satisfy all your customers your competitor does a better job?????5 thumbs down for AutoZone

Daryl went way above and beyond and explained everything I needed to know in a very clear and concise manner that made sense to me and I have almost no experience with cars. He also got me the correct part and got my car fixed up when I had been to 2 other stores and neither were able to help me. Give the man a pay raise or something he deserves it!
