Went into the Bank to arrange a wire transfer. Had to wait over an hour. They told me I had to make an appointment to wire funds. Poor customer service.

They've liars. I couldn't get change for my job since we don't "bank" with them but I would always get change no matter what the other times I would come to get change.

Horrible service. Never have enough tellers. Usually just one maybe two when there's 20 or 30 people in line. Probably going to close all my accounts. Been banking with them since 1971. Yup 51 years.

Very few tellers, even on a busy day. Employees are friendly, but lack of help and long waits. Please hire more tellers and servuxe people. Apparently, I'm not the only one who feels this way. Time time to improve your services

Slow service , poor communication I waited in the lobby to cash a check for 30 minutes. Two tellers on staff and one banker... Only one person in front of me I was shocked at how long I had to wait.

Saturday morning and there are 3 tellers and 20 CUSTOMERS in line. So ridiculous that BOA have eliminated their drive thru but also can't even do pay checks in the ATM because it takes FOREVER for funds to hit your account.

I endorsed a personal check from my Employer made out to me and gave to my wife to deposit into her checking account. They refused her without me being there. So I returned the next day to cash it myself. The check was Bank of America's check and they told me they still had to verify funds. I was in a hurry to get to work so I left. I came back later with my wife to again try and deposit into her account. Still they needed to verify funds. I grew impatient and told the teller how annoying this was, she began to frantically press the alert button for their security guard who was out in the parking lot smoking a cigarette for the second time in my 2 visits that day. I waited patiently and quietly in the lobby while they verified funds. This other employee said the signature was inconsistent to other signatures on the check and needed to call my employer for consent to verify. Finally 45 minutes later, the check was verified, I go back up to the teller to deposit into my wife's account. Teller claims that she could not deposit, but needed to cash first and then deposit. Then proceeds to tell me there is an $8 fee to cash, despite it being a Bank of America check. So we closed the account immediately and left to Wells Fargo where we didn't have one issue. Bank of America should be renamed to Bank of Nickel and Diming Americans

Friday afternoon and only one teller. There are others but they are off doing their own things. Be nice if th those not attending customers stopped what they are doing and come help out the one teller to shorten line every now and then. Especially annoying when they at at a counter right in front and they are constantly stopping to say something to a coworker every three minutes

I regularly receive a check every month written on BOA. I go there to cash it to speed the deposit at my bank. I have two issues with this bank. 1. While standing in long lines when only two windows are open even though they have like 8 employees? They have one walk the line asking why are you here today? Do you know you can do most things online? They make the lines as long and slow as possible to encourage you to do everything you can online. So they don't have to pay personnel. The problem is besides my time being valuable, I'm not comfortable telling everyone in the lobby I'm here to cash a check! 2. And if you ever have a question and call the branch? They just pick up the phone and hang it up. If you call back? They answer and slam the phone on the counter for about 20 seconds, then hang up on you. In that time they could have just answered my question. And if they don't answer? You can't even leave a message. It only gives you the option of scheduling an appointment. I want to speak to a person. I don't want to have to drive there. And if I do have to drive there to speak to a person? I don't want to have to schedule an appointment to do so. Why can't I talk to the lady bugging everybody in line? I will never have an account with them.

Pathetic in every way. Horrible wait lines yesterday, one teller. This one guy (think he was a manager) talked with some guy in the line about football and didn't even bother to help. Stood in a line and should have been waited to talk to one of the other people, not a teller. Stood in line twice. No signs, no information...no going back for me. I guess illegal immigrants like it because they can get a loan they will default on. Avoid this Auburn, Washington trash can!

'Been a customer of this bank/branch for 20+ years. Other than the cash machine occasionally running out of money and sun glare making it hard to see the screen at times (Yeah, OK. Not applicable this spring!), I've had nothing but great experiences with this branch. The personnel are unfailingly cordial, knowledgeable and helpful. I especially like the presence of the customer service person either resolving problems on the spot or directing people to others who can best address their issues. Cuts the wait time a lot. I also like the fact that I can get my transaction taken care of without being pitched on some kind of up-sell product ... a total turn-off for me.
