Brown Bear Car Wash, located on Auburn Way N, offers a gentle and eco-friendly car wash experience. They use biodegradable cleaning detergents tailored for Northwest driving conditions. Customers appreciate the clean and well-kept facilities, along with a strong commitment to customer service. The recent addition of automatic touchless car wash stalls has been a hit, especially for luxury car owners who want to avoid traditional brushes. Many have noted that the touchless wash effectively removes debris like pine needles and tree sap.
However, some reviews indicate that the top-tier wash may not always deliver the promised results, with dirt remaining on the car after washing. The facility has also faced criticism for vacuum placement, leading to potential delays for customers. While the self-service aspect of the car wash is convenient, there are concerns over limited vacuum availability and the reduction of human staff. Overall, Brown Bear Car Wash provides a quality wash with various options for coatings and paint protection, leaving cars looking shiny and clean for weeks.
It was a pretty good wash for 18$ i guess. It got most of the bugs off the car, though it didn't really completely remove the bug stains on the windshield.

I love the idea of touchless! I don't have to worry about micro- scratches on the paint. People that complain about the wash should not wait so long between washing! This type of cleaning is basically for people who details their cars often. GREAT IDEA!!
