“I used to think this place was only wholesale. They said they have made displays to try to get people's attention that it's a retail location also. Reviews I read beforehand said they're really nice and they weren't kidding. From the person outside redoing some planters to the staff inside, super helpful, especially considering I was only buying a couple things. Very refreshing to meet people that are so kind and helpful.”

“I was helped by Dan at the Tacoma store. He told me he normally works at the Auburn store. I had to load by hand 13 paving stones that weighed 92 pounds each. I am almost a senior citizen and not in the best shape. Also, I had a Toyota Tacoma which will not fit a standard pallet. Dan found a smaller pallet that would fit and helped me load the bricks on the pallet. This allowed him to load all of them neatly in my Tacoma. I was worried about loading the materials, but Dan took great care of me. I have shopped a Mutual Materials many times and I have always found the staff to exceptional.”

“HOTDOG STAND ONLY!!!!! The only reason I come to this horrible place is for the hotdog stand upfront. They make a fantastic hotdog. I don't go in...just for the dogs. It's pricey but good.”
“I am your average home owner who doesn't know too much about home improvements but I am glad I stopped by this store. I have some 2x4s on my fence that are dislocated and I want to fasten them back to the fence post, but didn't know what's the best way to do it. So I stopped by Ironmill and asked for recommendations which they freely gave and sold me the proper hardware to get the job done. Their hardware person even went through the trouble of locating a box of deck screws that are brown in color so that it will match the color of my 2x4s. Very impressed.Service is fantastic and this will now be my go-to store for any hardware I need.”
