Visited on Saturday 6/28, 25+ people waiting in line and only 1 cashier! Multiple employees walking by VERY SLOWLY and just looking at the line until finally a slow second cashier showed up. There's no sense of urgency from staff nor management. Regretted shopping here sadly I had picked up multiple items already.

Came on a holiday and instantly regretted it. The back of the store had registers open but you couldn’t check out there—only 2 or maybe 3 cashiers at the front for a line of 50+ people. Waited forever with no sense of urgency from staff or management. Zero crowd control, zero effort. This reminded me exactly why I avoid this place.
And their bags are trash bags. Ripping with use.

Just left Burlington. My wife asked the fitting room attendant if she could nurse our 2 month old in a changing room. The attendant told her to go feed our baby in the bathrooms! Absolutely disgusting. I wonder if she eats her lunch in the bathroom!

Great store for shopping. Burlington carries many different items throughout the store and I can always find what I need.

There were good priced summer dresses in the store when I visited May 2024.
Like Winners, you got to dig in hard to find treasures for you. But there were definitely lots of clothing items and shoes. However, unlike Winners, Burlington doesn't seem to offer enoigh household related items

The coat factory has literally little to zero coats……it’s like a Ross. And felt like a scavenger hunt as to where things were. Lots of stuff out of place.

There is always so many random and good deals that you have to go through the section to find and sometimes they always have discounts on certain days (holidays) you can when find toys here if you have little ones and even a. Good enough selection of suit cases
