The gentleman that owns this place is very personable and helpful. It's hard to find a watch repair location that provides excellent service, but this place does.
Continue to help support local small businesses like this one because they're getting harder to find!

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at how quickly and affordably the work was done. Absolutely recommend and would return anytime I need another battery or repair. The shop owner is clearly very experienced!

I brought in my very old Bulova 3818 watch which was given to me by my father. At some point the crystal had sustained damage. I've never opened this watch before and do know the time keeping is about 2 minutes fast per 24 hours. I decided to take this opportunity to have a professional help me with replacing the crystal and allow a trained eye look over the watch for me. I was quoted at a very fair price and told roughly when it should be ready.

He said he couldn’t see the dust on my watch face even though there was a clear line of dust at the top, he wouldn’t even open it and denied me service.

Just came in about 30mins before closing. I brought a seiko watch that I had just received in the mail. It looked like my crystal was cracked. Vladimir took a look and showed that it was actually debris left inside from the factory. He stayed a little late to open and clean my new watch. I appreciated it so much and happened to see he had some seiko 5s in his case so picked one up. Really happy he was able to help me and I got to add another watch to my collection too!

the owner might be good at what he does but he is delusional. tried to tell me his case remover was $1000. you can get a handheld version for $40. maybe he is the customer the tool salesmen love!

Worst customer service I've ever encountered.Rude old Russian guy made it clear to me he's retired and doesn't want to work on watches. Super weird. Why have a watch repair store then ?Probably just a front for something shady. WEIRD vibes.
