I was going to wait to leave a review till after I picked up my car. But since I had to Schedule for a 3rd time I would post about how it's gone so far.
Shopping for a vehicle and information provided. ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Schedule and pickup 😡
They have contacted me to reschedule my appointments on the day of my pickup. Once just 3 hours before my appointment. It's a 3 hour drive just to get there. No reasons or information when I call. Just multiple apologies. I have missed 3 days of work and haven't had my vehicle because I switched my insurance already.
I will keep you posted after I pickup or reschedule again.
Let's see if they make it right.

I bought a 10 year old vehicle, but the mileage was really low. Given that Caravana shows you defects in the paint, I was really suprised to see the awful swirl marks in the hood paint that hadn't been disclosed. At pick up, they told me the trunk wasn't working which has set off a chain of time sucking events for me leaving me without a car for several days while the issue was diagnosed. And of course the 7 day return window will close before the issues is truly dealt with & the "problem" wasn't disclosed when I purchased the car, only when I picked it up (which is frustrating it wasn't disclosed up front).
But, I will say this is the least painful purchase I've ever made. Nothing steals time like sitting at a dealership doing paperwork, so to that end, this was painless.
In the end, it's a mixed bag for me on Carvana. It was an easy purchase, but nothing will replace an inperson look at what you are buying and making sure all the buttons in it do what they're supposed to.

The initial buying experience was good. I was very excited and would have recommended buying a car this way to friends, but after delivery, it was all down hill. I did not notice a crack that was present on the windshield until right after the delivery guy left. He never looked at the car at all to report any damage. I immediately reported the crack to Carvana customer service. I spent an hour being transferred back and forth between them and their warranty company Silver Rock. I got competing information ranging between “bring it to be assessed for repair at one of these places”(both of which were over ninety miles away) to “this is not covered by our warranty.” Thank goodness I didn’t drive 90 miles only for them to tell me that I had gotten bad information. That would have really sucked. In the end, they told me to contact my insurance to tell them it happened after drop off. I told them that would be lying. I am very disappointed by the ending to my experience using Carvana to buy a car. I recommend looking the car over VERY closely before the delivery person leaves. I had not even had the car 15 minutes. I am not impressed.

The experience of selling on Carvana was seamless! Got a quote instantly, it was better than what dealership and other companies provided, opted for a pick up service which was very convenient!

Avoid Carvana unless you’re buying brand-new. Otherwise, accept the fact that you will pay a non-refundable rate of approximately $1500 for every vehicle you exchange. People are giddy that Carvana pays decent cash for a car they’ve treated like garbage, and as a buyer you’d be on the receiving end of that deal. Also note they operate a Reddit page that only posts positive reviews, and bans/threatens anything less than a glowing review (shady!) Check out their feedback on BBB for a real sense of the Carvana experience.

I was skeptical but I kept reading and looking at the process and then I did it! This was the easiest thing I’ve ever had to do, I get really bad anxiety from car sales people and with Carvana they made it so easy and painless. I can’t go anywhere else, if you’re not sure I am here to tell you to do it!
