Absolute liars. We got a message saying that we are not home for delivery after waiting ALL DAY for the delivery. The window they gave was 9-11 AM, I called at 1 PM to see where it was. They said it would be 3 hours. We have been home THE ENTIRE TIME. Got a message at 6:01 PM (conveniently after they "close") saying "Sorry we missed you. CEVA tried to deliver your package today but didn't want to leave it unattended." That is utter nonsense. We have been sitting here watching the door. This is WEEKS of trying to coordinate this delivery. What a joke.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NEVER BE IN BUSINESS!!! If I could give it 5 stars NEGATIVE I would!!! I can't believe companies like that are being used by reputable shippers like COSTCO and AMAZON!! Their Phones are UNATTENDED and VOICE MAIL is FULL 3 days in a row but claim they're a 24 hour business!! I will never order anything from any companies again if I know they are using CEVA!! Especially since they claim that we live in a LIMITED SERVICE ARREA!!! North Kitsap - less than 2 hours from Auburn! No idea when I'll get my Costco firepit and ready to cancel the order!!

CEVA is single handedly the WORST delivery service I have ever dealt with. DHL is better than this company. They "lost" my package in transit. So the company I bought from sent a replacement for free. CEVA has stood me up 3 times and each time i have had to reschedule its been WEEKS at a time. Each delivery window is 5 HOURS. I've wasted 15 HOURS of my life waiting for a delivery because someone over 18 is REQUIRED to be at the home to deliver. I bought this product in February and it's now almost May because this company cannot get their stuff together. I am beyond pissed with this company and beyond disgusted with the top notch disrespect they treat their customers with. If you purchase something and they are having CEVA deliver CANCEL THE ORDER IMMEDIATELY and find someone else to deliver. Screw these guys.

Terrible they work with Amazon. I hope Amazon reads these reviews before partnering. Furniture was damaged. They don’t follow instructions and don’t take the extra step to call 1 hour in advance just shows up within a window

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I'm starting to think this company is a scam. I ordered a massage chair through a third party seller on amazon. The seller ensured me that it would get delivered by an expected day so I went on Ceva website to schedule a delivery. But the same problem happened twice when they called me and said it was still in transit. This is BS. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

Scheduled a delivery for today where they were supposed to exchange an item. They never showed up (I know because we have a camera for our driveway), they never called, and yet marked it as delivered. Awful company.

They didn't even attempt to deliver my package. Never answered the phone. How do they have a Amazon contract? Literally the worse courier company I've come across.
