Terrible they work with Amazon. I hope Amazon reads these reviews before partnering. Furniture was damaged. They don’t follow instructions and don’t take the extra step to call 1 hour in advance just shows up within a window

If I could leave a 0 star, I would. I'm starting to think this company is a scam. I ordered a massage chair through a third party seller on amazon. The seller ensured me that it would get delivered by an expected day so I went on Ceva website to schedule a delivery. But the same problem happened twice when they called me and said it was still in transit. This is BS. DO YOUR JOB RIGHT!

Scheduled a delivery for today where they were supposed to exchange an item. They never showed up (I know because we have a camera for our driveway), they never called, and yet marked it as delivered. Awful company.

Having placed an order with Costco for a couple of large tables, this company messed up the delivery the first time which required over an hour of my time to connect with Costco and then finally this company to have it resolved. If I would have known that Costco uses this company for deliveries, I would have never placed the order with Costco.

They have a robot call customers and then ask them to wait for an operator. I hung up every time. Just call me .They changed my delivery time and date multiple times without contacting me to check my availability.They are making Costco and others partners look bad and disappointing their customers.

DO not use this company. I would leave zero stars if I was able to.On August 1st, I ordered two couches from Amazon and CEVA was the company that was supposed to deliver them. I had a delivery window of 11am-2pm on August 17th. Yet I had a message before 9am that one couch had been cancelled. Ceva claimed that I refused delivery at 7:30am that day. Ummm, NO. No delivery was attempted. I called Amazon to find out why it was not delivered and was canceled. They called Ceva who told them the couch was damaged sometime during delivery. I wasn't sure which lie that Ceva told was right or wrong. So I ordered a replacement with the Amazon rep. I would not get this new couch until August 31st, a full month after the original order. We gave away our current couch 3 days ago. I am very unhappy at this point.So I continued to wait for the second couch to be delivered between 11am-2pm. While I waited I looked Ceva up on Google. So many horrible reviews with the same problem I was having. If I had known, I would have bought couches somewhere else and already had them delivered by now.Then I got a message from Amazon telling me that Ceva claimed that they attempted to deliver the second couch at 1:16pm. Again, NO. At 1:32 I got an email that said Ceva attempted to deliver the couch, but didn't want to leave it outside unattended. WHAT? There were three adults at home 10' from the front door, and we had a very clear view of the street. There was no delivery attempt at all. Another lie. And Ceva wanted me to call them and set up a new delivery date. Nope!I called Amazon and had the replacement couch cancelled and the second couch that was not delivered today cancelled. I was going to buy a fold out couch from Amazon but I am afraid that Ceva would be the ones to deliver it and I would never receive that one either. Amazon should cancel any contracts with Ceva. Amazon is aware that Ceva is not delivering orders, or doing it very late and rudely. This does not look good on Amazon. Not at all a customer-centric experience for me. The highlight of the day was that the Reps I spoke to were very nice and appreciated the hassle and disappointment that this whole experience has caused.Guess I will pay more to buy my all new couches locally. The delivery was free, you get what you pay for I guess. Don't use Ceva to deliver anything. They are a bad company.

I am very disappointed with my experience with Ceva. I ordered a King bedroom set from Costco, and these were the clowns Costco used to deliver it. Twice now I have been expecting my shipment and once they called to reschedule delivery for the next day, now they didnt even call. Online it just says failed to deliver, and I have been home all day no one came by or tried to call. I see there are many negative reviews, so I know I am not the only one

This is by far the WORSE, and I mean literally, the WORSE company I’ve had the displeasure of dealing with. They lie about their delivery window, so be prepared to have them show up at your door any time they choose on the day of delivery. You’ll be lucky if they even call you, usually they’ll just show up and knock on your door and expect you to be there.I had a failed delivery, no call, no show. I had to reschedule and the exact same thing happened. No call, but they happen to just knock on my door at 9:30am on a Saturday. My window of delivery was 2-6pm. I’m just glad I was there when they decided to show up. I can’t believe a company chooses to operate like this and is still in business. Good luck to anyone who has the misfortune of having them be the delivery company of whatever item you’re waiting for.

I wish I could give them a zero. I stayed home for a delivery and left the garage door open. They didn't even knock on the door and dumped my 600 pound item part way on the driveway and partway on my well manicured grass.

Hard lesson learned about CEVA: their logistic is unable to handle partial delivery. Never sign for a partial delivery! 1. Once you sign for a partial delivery, they will enter to their system and Amazon's system that the item is delivered, even though the delivery crew knew they still have the other package in their warehouse/dock. 2. CEVA's internal communication system is broken. You contact them, the office lady will email the dock team. The dock team will ignore it for 48 hours then ask "what piece are you looking for". The undelivered package is probably 48"x96"x12" and about 1000lbs (a storage shed, total weight about 2000lbs) which is hard to get lost. Nobody in CEVA cares about finding it or solve the problem. The only option left to the customer is to return the partial delivery to Amazon. Everyone's time and effort will go to vain.

This is the most irresponsible company I have ever encountered. I ordered a storage shed (about 2000 lbs) from Amazon and was scheduled to be delivered on July 18. Nobody showed up and at the last minute, I received email from Amazon saying “attempted delivery, we missed you”. I called and rescheduled for delivery on Saturday 7/22. However, CEVA delivered half of my order (one package, about 1000lbs) on Thursday 7/20 and informed us they still have the second package and will deliver it to us. However, both Amazon and CEVA systems showed the delivery was completed right after the half delivery. On the other hand, we still have the appointment for 7/22. Hence, I expected for the second package, but no one showed up on Saturday 7/22. I called a few times to get the second package from CEVA this week, but they don’t care about solving the problem at all and they are not willing to spend efforts to find it. Instead, the office lady told me that they were not going to look for it (I am not sure whether they have tried to look for it or not). They are broken as a business. (1) The office lady tried to communicate with the dock team mainly through emails. It took 48 hours to get a reply from the dock team asking for what piece are you looking for. (2) The package is big and heavy. It is unlikely to get lost. It is likely still on their dock. However, I had no leverage to push them to look for it and had to initiate a return process to get my refund from Amazon.

They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give to write this review. Ordered a grill from Amazon and they decided to use Ceva for the delivery. They gave me a delivery window of 20 July between the hours of 12-2pm and I would need to be present for the delivery. I took off from work and they never showed up but logged it as a delivery attempt. I didn't get a ring of the doorbell, phone call or anything to show they made a delivery attempt. I called to reschedule in which today 25 July the were supposed to deliver between 12-4pm. Guess what they never showed up and I purposely left the front door open, blinds up so I can see the delivery truck. On the website, it still says it's out for delivery but my window was missed again. This company is horrible and who knows when I will recieve my order. They are horrible and this has been painstaking. I wish I seen these reviews first before knowing what I was getting myself into. I'm gonna ask Amazon to Never use these people again. I've taken off work 2 times in order to be able to pick up a package that wasn't delivered.

Wurst experience ever, our initial order was suppose to be delivered by 6-30 delivery never happen they lost the 65 inch tv on the 6-20 same day they picked it up from the distributor, distributor resent the order with them again and it was suppose arrive before 7-15, the schedule couldn’t accommodate until today the 17th between 9-1pm at 10:30 we get a call wanting to reschedule for later this week even thought their tracking system says it’s out for delivery. Rep calling from CEVA doesn’t know what she was talking about compared to their self scheduling system on their website. After 34 days of the Initial order we just cancelled.
