Went into chase today for ones and two dollar bills and the mid aged Asian lady was very rude. I asked for crisp dollars and she said no and she wouldn’t check either. A few days prior I came in for same thing and I was helped by a younger Hispanic lady who had no issues going to grab fresh bills for my daughters graduation bouquet and lays.

Do not due business with chase. I went to make a cash payment on mom's account with a copy of my power of attorney. They refused both. How can they legally denied US tender and a legal document!

Except for them nudging you towards inside bank machine like you are some kind of idiot, I guess they are okay. A wee bit over -cheerful and helpful. Just be efficient, please.

Every time I go to get cash out of my account there are always issues. ATM's rarely work, and if you use an outside ATM they charge you 4 dollars on top of the other ATM fee. If I would have known all this I'd go to any other kind of bank. Don't use chase and get ripped off!!!

It’s annoying that they aren’t fixing the drive through. Service can be very slow inside so it takes a long time to make simple deposits
