I walked in to browse for a Mother’s Day gift and immediately got some awkward, weird stares from the lady in front. Circled around the store and all the employees are weird and don’t know how to interact with their customers. Smile? Say hi? “Do you need any help today?”. It’s quite infuriating lol. Weird vibes in this store, don’t waste your time here. Go to Michael Kors across or Kate Spade down the hall, better service at those stores!!

WARNING! I DONT BELIEVE THESE ARE THE REAL DEAL!! I have been getting bags from here for year as a gift and i had to tel my boys to STOP buying from this store because the bags are FAKE!! They are NOT the real deal and i will post pic of my bags. They were all probably from China. 😡

Staffs are very welcoming and helpful. No stock for the bag that I'm looking for but thanks to Ashley she helped me to order it online. I'm hesitating at first because I'm not sure if I will receive it before I fly out but good thing the delivery was fast and it arrived in time.

I love Coach but this specific one was even better! The service was so good, staff were super friendly and helpful. I got a trench and a bear and when I put the bear keychain on, the staff started complimenting me! Love this place.

Came in to the store about 10 minutes before closing, they were very kind. Helpful. And patient. I purchased a few items, and letf about 10 minutes after closing. Im thankful for them waiting a bit for me. Great people!!!!

Yesterday, October 30, 2024, around 5pm, my Grandmother, mom, sister, and I went to the Coach Outlet store, at the Auburn, Wa outlet mall. As soon as I stepped in the security rushed to the front door. An elderly woman employee came up to me asked how I was doing, but then she kept asking me every 2 minutes what I was looking for. THEN as I went around the store, every employee came next to me, literally, standing anround me watching me passive-aggressively, and there were ample other people there. They watched my mom like she was a criminal and looked around her like she was going to steal and my grandmother too. My sister is mixed and they didn’t do it to her. A soman guy employee, when I was looking on the men’s side, even locked the men’s bags next to me. When I walked away from him, he came up to us, and asked what are we looking for. Everybody kept surrounding us and asking what’re we looking for. I looked at the perfumes while leaving and employees came on each side. Another woman was telling me how to spray the perfume and use the strips to spray like I didn’t know how. There was one black woman employee, and she just looked down, like she was saddened by what was occurring. My mother and I just celebrated our birthdays and we wanted new bags. To be treated like criminals by prejudice meager store employees was absolutely hurtful. When I left the store I cried. How dare they do that to us!
