My hubby and I visited the store and was met by a very rude lady Lisa. She told us she did not carry what we were looking for, before she asked what we needed. Together we have around 10 thousand dollars in tattoos. We also live for our animals and only buy the best when traveling. Will be calling corporate shortly.

This store is huge. Has many things that are good for winter, ice melt, rock salt, snow shovels.Good for generators and other needed things you may be in need of. Large selection of indoor wood stoves. Just check out this place, it's worth the trip!

It's ok here. Sometimes you can find good deals. A lot of the time they're out of what we're looking for. Also the restrooms are probably the dirtiest ones I've ever seen. They're never clean. Like, never. Cleanliness obviously isn't their priority.

Great store with huge variety. The only downside was that there seemed to be a lot of items with no price tag. I always wonder if it's a shop or museum when places do that.

Country man’s toy shop! Love this place. My only complaint is many items do not have a price. Very frustrating to have to ask and wait for them to look up. And good luck finding and keeping a clerk handy while you shop. Still easily spent over a hundred bucks on stuff my layers couldn’t live without!! Drove all the way from Gig Harbor and no doubt I’ll do it again!!!!

Huge selection of products,?. Clean,easy parking,store employees are very kind. The only small gripe is shopping in the garden area & did not see any price tags on the shelves. Maybe they're being "re-priced" or "going on sale." But other than that great store to have in our area?

I used to love this store but for the past 3 months or so it has been on a steep decline it seems. The workers are all amazing and friendly but they seem to have no help and are on there own most of the time. From what I’ve heard the store got a new manager and that seems to be the reason for the decline. And it is obvious looking around that that is the case. From what I heard from people working there, they are understaffed and lose more people then they hire and they can’t do the things they need to do like keeping up on tagging as most areas don’t have prices and cleaning because of other priorities. Not to mention the warehouse is a complete mess to the point you can’t get through the aisles, I almost always have to go back there for my feed and the guys working back there never seem to be actually working and care more about conversing. Most of the people working almost always seem to be in a rush and are on their own helping 5 people at one time. I love this store but it might not be where I’m spending my money anymore and from the other reviews I’ve seen I’m clearly not the only one. I hope something changes.

Clean, fun store with all the farm and ranch necessities and even some dream items. Good selection of yard equipment. Cashier was friendly and funny despite her computer having some issues.

Revised ReviewPlease Read. ***Exceptional Costumer Service***I left the original review at the very bottom only for reference.I would like to apologize to the staff and the Manager(Brian) at Coastal store in Auburn Washington. There was a complete misunderstanding between my husband and I about the events that took place on June 4th and 5th. Yes a quail died within 12hrs of buying it. However, 2 were bought and the 160 in supplies are still being used. Yes my husband did return to the store and felt at the time he was told there was nothing that could be done since there were no more quail. The store was not getting anymore in any time soon. He was hoping to get a replacement that day since we live in Yelm and coming back would be out of his way. The only reason my daughter purchased animals from that location that day is because my husband bought a mower that was not available at the location closer to our home. He returned on the 5th because he was picking up the mower after the store finished building it for us.Brian, the store manager contacted me personally. Even after explaining to him I felt that I was in the wrong and planned on changing my review, he went Above and Beyond in his response. He knew Quail thrive better with companions. He not only offered to replace the one that died, he offered 3! Brian, my husband already Loves Coastal; and now I will share my experience every chance I get!1. I received a prompt response from the corporate costumer service through email and was contacted personally by the manager at the Auburn location.2. Plse note: I was going to change my review before speaking to the manager. I left my old review below only for reference.3. Try not to post reviews in hast, and make sure you have your facts straight if you were not present for the purchase.4. Don’t let your previous bad experiences with other companies determine how you write your next review!5. Original review was based on costumer service, not the fact that the baby quail died, I’ve owned enough fowl to know sometimes very new little ones don’t even make it to the store and sometimes shortly after reaching the homes that purchase them.Original Review:Do NOT Buy Animals from this company. My daughter bought live Quail Sunday June 4th at the Auburn WA location, plus 160.00 more in supplies for the animal. By that evening it was apparent that something was wrong with it. Sure enough, it died before the next morning. The next day, June 5th my husband returned to the store. The store’s “Animal Consultant“ was not helpful at all. She was insincere and stated there was nothing they could do. She pretty much told my husband, “that is the chance you take”. The 160.00 in supplies are now useless. Costumer Service used to have meaning in this country. However, this store has again proven otherwise.I will never shop there again because of their poor costumer service.

Store was clean. Unfortunately they never have my size jeans, or the selection is minimal. I was able to find 1 pair in my size in the 100s in stock. Customer service was amazing per norm. ?

Stopped in for the first time to see their prices on all things bunny and noticed they had a sale on hay. I asked a girl working there if they had any and she thought there was some in back and brought me out a few. Very nice girl, great customer service. Prices otherwise seemed on par with other places. Glad I stopped in.

We come here every month to load up on dog food! It's amazing prices for great quality on pet foods. It's cheaper than buying it on chewy even with chewy discounts!Also great for different types of snacks. My husband and kids LOVE when I stop here. They know I'm going to get a big bag of delicious Jerky. Husband and the boys like looking at the gun section and me and my girls go over to toys and clothes. Win win type of store!

What a great shopping experience for boots! The employee that helped us was fantastic. She helped my husband find many different styles to try on until he finally decided on just the right pair of boots!
