We are S&S BEST AUTO SALES LLC extremely disappointed with the service we have received from Umpqua Bank. We have been trying to pay off our car loan and obtain the title for over 30 days now, and despite numerous attempts to contact the bank, we still have not received the necessary information. This delay is not only causing us stress and frustration, but it is also putting us at risk of facing fines and problems with the DMV.
we would strongly advise the population to avoid dealing with Umpqua Bank at all costs. Their lack of communication and inability to provide timely and efficient service is unacceptable. Save yourself the headache and go with a different bank that values their customers and respects their time.

Why did you guys stop allowing deposits to be made to ATMS? The Auburn and Kent Locations do not allow deposits to ATMs. All your doing is making things very difficult. To the point Umpqua isn't worth banking at. Have to leave work early to be able to make deposits. Waste of time.

As a local business owner I was stunned at the "service" I was shown at this branch while conducting business with their customer. The unwillingness to think outside the box / problem solve and the unreasonable attitude that was displayed by the Manager / VP was shocking to say the least. My time was completely wasted without as much as an apology. This experience reminded me (once again) why I do all my personal and business banking with local Credit Unions.

Always understaffed and after months it would seem they have no intention of fully staffing. Your lucky if you see two people working at any point in time. They also are not willing to work with you when their is an occasional issue with your account. Go elsewhere. Also the website is glitchy and not on par with other banks.

Every time I go into this branch of Columbia Bank, I am greeted with a friendly smile and the teller is always polite and helpful.

Bad service!!! I was waiting for a C.S.Rep no costumers at all at the moment, 4 employees "working" and they make me wait about 20+mts....apparently everyone was busy. so i just walk out, who has that time.😣
