Warehouse/will call closed Saturdays. Drove a long way to pick up from Will Call to find out the entire Warehouse is closed Saturday. They only take orders over the phone.

Randy went above and beyond! I have a small local auto detailing shop here in Kent upon detailing one of my clients vehicles I realized there was a leak inside of his brand new roll n lock bed cover. After going back in 4th with the manufacturer they sent me to competition specialties in kent! they were able to replace the bed cover instantly mind you this was not there fault but a manufacturer defect.... (i was able to pick up locally the same day) randy and team helped me through the entire process. If you are looking for after marktlet parts look no further than here. Owners if you are reading this you have a real winner with Mr.Randy he was able to turn a stressful situation into a positive outcome and you just don't find that in many employees anymore.
