visited this location because I wanted to perhaps purchase a new cell phone and perhaps switch carriers. I showed up during their normal hours of operation. However, when I arrived here the doors were locked even though they were listed as open online. There was a sign on the door that said 'will return at 12 pm'. It was already past 1 pm though. The only reason I am posting 3 stars instead of 1 is because they do have good prices on phones and plans. I hope they improve their staffing issues soon

Mayra helped me so much, we actually went to a different location and the girl had no idea what she was doing we called this location and Mayra was able to help us over the phone with everything.She's amazing.

Why I go in to make a payment in store for my phone bill since I was by and I'm getting told there's a fee to pay in store like what? Like why in the world would I want to pay the extra fee if I'm billed to pay same amount I always pay CRAZY anything to take more money out of People's pocket I will for sure be canceling my line and switch to a different service company !!!!

I had the opportunity to meet the manager Ana, and she is great! easy to talk to and shes always ready to help. this is a small store and I can tell she cares about her customers . So be patient yall. she will treat you with kindness :)

STORE MANAGER IS ONE OF THE WORST PEOPLE TO WORK THERE. IT'S NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM FOR A FAMILY MEMBER TO HELP ME WHEN I'M LOW ON MY B ILL, BUT SHE FLAT OUT REFUSED, AND LITERALLY COMPLAINED ABOUT IT AFTER I TOLD HER THAT IT'S NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM BEFORE. SHE THEN GOT ANGRY, FOR NO REASON, COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE. MISTREATED MY GRANDMOTHER AS WELL.

Terrible customer service IF THERE WAS A -0 STARS ID PUT IT. First of all I went to go activate my new iphone14 to switch with my iPhone XR. One of the employees told me that I COULDNT get the same number I already had on my iPhone XR which is absolute BS. She made me pay for a new plan when I should've only payed for the activation. Then when I get my phone bill I saw that she didn't even cancel the iPhone XR I clearly told her I didn't have anymore, they robbed more then 100 dollars off me. Not to mention the nasty attitude the manager has. If your not going to provide good customer service just DONT DO IT AT ALL. They robbed my money AND TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE TRUST I GAVE THEM BY HAVING AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS ON MY CARD. DONT COME HERE GO TO THE CRICKET IN KENT.
