From the moment I first walked up, I was immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome. The staff here were easily approachable, and they definitely displayed a relaxing and attentively passionate type of customer service that was instrumental in the overall well-being of my experience here at the Days Inn here in Auburn, Washington. I give these guys a 5 out of 5 rating because it felt very relaxing and quiet, and the quality of customer service that Ashley and the GM Singh showed me made it an easy candidate to do a return visit!Noteworthy details: Mr. Singh made sure we were taken care of.

I wanted thank mr. Singh the manager he is awesome, professional, kind and great to work with he will do whatever he’s has to do to make you feel comfortable and at home. Also Ashley was very kind and helped us out as well!5 star ⭐️ thank you for all you do and you’ll definitely be where to go to call home!I’ll definitely recommend it mr.Singh to anyone!

I went there this past weekend on my trip to Washington, and man was I astonished. Great prices, friendly greeting from the employees each day and night, neat rooms, and close to city. I highly recommend and will visit again. Great service very friendly people.

I’ve been coming here for many years and recently I’ve noticed so many changes in the hotel there’s better lighting, rooms are getting remodeled, breakfast just started getting served again, parking is well maintained, and front desk is really nice and helpful with the guests. Made a reservation for a queen bed and I requested a king and they were so nice to accommodate me even tho it was on a busy weekend. Definitely recommend!!!

bed bugs ! bed bugs ! bed bugs !!!..heed my warning room 106 has bed bugs !! when i showed general manager who runs counter my bites he said i still had to pay for my stay !!! this place is disgusting !!..im warning everyone dont stay here..im contacting health department and hopefully they'll shut this hotel down !! my stay was oct 13th 2023 !!!!

Now I know why this place only has 2 stars ! Horrible ! The man that was in the front office was extremely rude specially to my sister mind you my sister is pregnant and has a 1 year old with her , she gets anxiety so she hates confrontation! But how is it that they are mad over a mistake THEY made overcharging our card , we said that’s fine maybe we can leave it as today’s payment as we are staying an extra day and they said NO we had to pay another deposit and room at this point they will be having 300$ from me of deposit that they won’t be giving back in 5-7 days ! Sir we don’t have that time to wait I had my money exactly for what I needed it so it sucks that THEY MESS UP and still get mad at US ? Will never be coming back ! All thanks to the guy working in the am on oct 5 ! Rude rude rude

In the process of working with Attorney to sue this locationI got electrocuted in one of the rooms because of faulty wire. I've been going back and forth on trying to be reasonable with the staff after dealing with a yearmedical of appointments. This is crazyPs. The front desk lady needs to be fired and she should have been fired according to the owner a year ago. Seem when your desperate and short staff customer service is not the up most importance. She rude and very hostile at one time she . Said I got in accident in purpose and threaten the call the police because I put in a complaint.She refused to contact the manager or ownershe Refused to provide an accident report stillShe Refused to do her jobi will also be contacting the State attorney as well Justice will be served and I am not finished..To the reply: No you don't have to die I got shocked ? I have pictures of the wire . it funny how you can reply on here ? but you can't reply to my email or phone and it super funny how if yall supposedly didn't do anything wrong. you wanted to offer me a gift card and 2 or 3 day stay at your hotel and if this is the owner said you will recover my medical bill after my test.Base off your reply shows how professional you are.Rooms: Not safeSafety: In got F#### ing shocked by mess up wiring and had to deal with hospital appointments.Noteworthy details: Not to come her and be berated by the front desk lady and goog luck on the anybody trying to assist you if you get hurt ? Don't come here and this my personal experience

Problematic to say the least. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere.- unacceptably poor quality rooms, way below Days Inn standard- Charged 33% more than advertised online ($89 online, $119 actual)- Would not allow checking out early. I didn’t have a reservation. Smells like a trap to keep your money at all costs.“F” grade hotel for these reasons

Man at the desk refused to accept discount prices offered by online vendors like Priceline. Always revised prices upwards.None of the amenities offered exist. No breakfast. Air conditioner/heater broken. No coffee for coffee maker in room. 4 day stay without change of towels, or garbage removed. Room was marginal in every way. Does not rate 2 stars, even. Gave me one roll of tp and handed me a garbage bag at desk. Nightmare motel, really...zero service or consideration. No laundry available, either.

Pro's: Location is next to the casino which has good food. And its not that far from the White River Amphitheater for events. Computer was down but at least the clerk was ready.Con's: The room smelled like a high school locker room after an event. Mold in or on nearly everything. Shower head hasn't been cleaned since it was installed. AC unit barely ran, and was loud. Pillows were strangely half the size of normal pillows.Overall it just feels like for $170 all the money is going into the owners pocket, the check in area, and not into the actual hotel rooms. A health inspector really needs to come check on this place.Rooms: Just don't get a room here!

We came from Canada for a concert and stayed at this days inn.Singh at the front desk was an absolute pleasure, he is AMAZING to say the least. He made checking in super easy, Super fantastic guest services, he's just an overall joy.If I ever come back I will stay here again just because of him!

Pool is concrete. Rooms had fruit flies. Unfortunately homeless people were camping around and going through the dumpsters and garbage cans. Saw one person doing drugs. Definitely not what I saw on the website or the pictures posted. Should tear down the place and rebuild. Continental breakfast was a lunch bag with apple and yogurt they call a grab bag and go. Shame on me for not doing enough research.

This hotel is dishonest . I paid the required $100 cash deposit and they forgot to return it at check out refused to credit ot to my card even though I had used it to pay for the room. I informed them I would not be back to the area in person for up to a year they told me no problem it would be here. I've been back twice both times I've Been in the area and have been told by staff they had to send away to corporate for the records but that I would recieve a credit on my account . It never showed up. Today I went for the 3rd tome. I explained to the gentleman who identified himself as " Singh" the general manager however he also stated he had only worked there for 2 weeks. He refused to provide contact information for the owners who are apparently the only ones who can fix the issue. I left a note explaining the circumstance and asked him what I should do if I don't hear back like the last two times. He then just told me I had to leave . Even though I wasn't upset or raising my voice apparently asking for I way to contact the owners is enough to be told to leave.The location is pretty cool next to the airfield, the rooms are ok but the rude and dishonest service makes it a no for me.
