Front desk was super kind and helpful! Managers were kind as well. Never caught the tall blonde guys name with a mustache but super personal and kind! Would go again.

Watch out for this place . They put nails & other things to poke your tires around the area to get you to buy more tires . Seriously I’m calling corporate about this cause I didn’t just find one nail but multiple in the area around this location. The guy who worked there try to act as if it’s homeless people & was very guilty when I asked the question he try to act as if it’s just homeless people popping tires & placing nails everywhere . Seems suspicious just so you know be careful driving in the back to get tire pressure because there nails everywhere

DO NOT GO HERE! They damaged my vehicle and refused to take responsibility when loading my studded tires into the back of my vehicle not only damaging the moldings but my leather upholstery! Then the manager and assistant manager, see pic, lied and said they didn't do the damage when it was apparent the damage was fresh and sent me to get an estimate from a repair shop with absolutely no remorse. The manager Chris and assistant manager Kala both completely lied to the claims department they submitted the claim to and now I have to go through small claims to rectify this situation. CHRIS and KALA ARE COMPLETE LIEING TRASH AND SHOULD NOT BE TRUSTED!!! I have been going to Discount Tire for over 30 years and spent tens of thousands of dollars with them and for them to pull something like this is absolutely absurd!!!
UPDATE 05.14.25 - I was contacted twice last week saying that the claims department, whatever that means, would contact me in regards to this matter but yet once again I was lied to because nobody has contacted me. I will be taking this matter to court and have the local news do a segment on Discount Tires poor treatment of customers!!

Kayla is phenomenal. She walked me thru the process with pricing and everything involved. She was honest and respectful. You can tell she is dedicated to Customer Service and is most definitely a hard worker. Discount Tires should be honored to have hired Kayla, no doubt she is a valuable asset to the Discount Tire team. I was a loyal Les Scwab customer for years but honestly they have lacked the Skills I've been looking for. I'm glad I found Kayla to fill that void. PS Give Kayla a raise, she's worth it. Alex who was my tech was professional and not lazy, another hard worker. Alex was kind enough to put my used tires in a plastic bag.

NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING!!!
Even though I’ve been an automotive mechanic for the 35 years, I have learned that you can trust the good people at Discount Tire to not only give you the best pricing, but also the best service. Today I walked into the Discount Tire in Auburn at 5:45 in the evening, they close at 6 o’clock, to just ask about getting some tires/rims swapped over on my truck. To my utter amazement, he said they could get it done for me right then. They even told me that they would check the balance and correct as needed. Unfortunately the used wheels and tires I brought in did not have the TMS sensors, but they then offered to get them swapped over from the original set to make sure that I was fully taken care of before they close. It was close to 7 o’clock before the the four people that stayed late to work on it were done. Throughout this process, all I got was reassurance that I was not bothering them and that they were happy to do the service for me.
Nothing short of AMAZING!!!

Called and consulted about a dented rim hoping to get straightened out for my car and they politely told me to make an appointment and bring my car in saying that this was a service that they provided. After making an appointment and driving 30 minutes to get there, the guy at the desk then told me that this wasn’t a service that Discount Tire provided.
The guy was nice enough to direct me to a different place where they do the service that I was looking for at least.

They're generally cheaper than Les Schwab, but man they can be slow in changing your tires. I don't think they even do a free steering alignment if you buy 4 tires, like they do at Les Schwab. Overall you can save money if you go here, if you're willing to put up with a longer wait than other places.
