This review is for the manager, Kyesha. The staff is friendly and helpful, but the manager does not help when they are busy, and seems to just sit in the office all day. Only time I see her come out is to yell at someone for not moving fast enough and run back to the office instead of helping. She's also extremely rude to her employees and customers. If I could give a less stars, I would. Won't be going back till they have new management.

Today I made a visit when I ran out of pasta sauce. I walked in and was greeted by the store manager. Her name was Kyesha and she was so friendly to me. I asked her where the pasta sauces were and she took me there and even checked me out herself. All in all it was a great trip and I would definitely visit again.

I went to that store for help looking for cards and picture frames. The store associate was unable to help me, I requested the manager for help and she came and assisted me, when I went back again she had asked me how the cards were when I gave them to my niece for her birthday and the fact she remembered me mad my entire day. One of the best stores ever and one of the best managers ever!!!

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your store. Each time I visit, the store is noticeably unclean, which raises concerns about overall hygiene and maintenance.
More troubling, however, is the conduct of the store manager, Ky. I have witnessed her being disrespectful not only to customers, but also to her own staff. During my last visit, she loudly denied me service for no valid reason and spoke to me in a very rude and unprofessional manner. While I had no issue leaving the store, the way she chose to address me was entirely unnecessary and inappropriate.
Additionally, the store often appears to be severely understaffed, with only one cashier handling a long line of customers. On this occasion, Ky scolded the cashier for not moving fast enough, despite the fact that the employee seemed to be doing her best under pressure.
In my opinion, this store would benefit greatly from new management. Ky’s negative attitude, lack of professionalism, and poor leadership are affecting both the staff and customer experience.
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I hope you will take appropriate steps to improve the store’s environment and service.

The manager there is honestly the craziest,evil self centered individual I have seen. She thinks that managing a store requires power tripping and bad attitude.. I hope the owners find out how she treats employees and customers. She deserves 0stars but that's not an option.. I will not be returning to this location

Not much by this store but a huge dollar tree and a coffee shop in the parking lot not a very high volume store but a great selection

I like to get arts and crafts stuff here for cheap. They have Crayola crayons as well. There are tons of cleaning supplies and organization stuff, too. You can even get baking stuff here like cake mix. Staff is always friendly and helpful too!

The store manger or co-worker is rude to her employees in front of the guests named Ky. She can say whatever she wants off the floor but ridiculously rude in front of guests and unprofessional. She eventually came up to help the guests that were waiting in line behind me after she tongue lashed and embarrassed him as well as a courtesy sad apology to me for waiting. She told him if he wasn’t sweating he wasn’t working hard enough when he asked her to work the cash register while he blew up balloons for me.
I know that every Dollar Tree runs on low staff and I was patient when I asked for help. He asked if it was ok if he could help the person behind me since it would take a bit to blow up the balloons and absolutely I was happy to wait. I could see the line growing and allowed him to continue to assist them as I didn’t see another employee anywhere near the front. I asked if he was the only one in the store or if there was one more person to help out since I had been there for 15-20 minutes. He wasn’t giving poor service, he needed some assistance and guidance for about 5-7 minutes to help me, the one waiting so others can be assisted. The employee clearly new and could use some guidance on how to maneuver the guests. He didn’t deserve to be treated that way and Ky could’ve been more empathetic in assisting him. This is not to tongue last Ky, it’s simply to bring more awareness on how to reach and coach your staff. Hiring staff in general is not easy as I have managed and hired people for over 25 years.
I come to this location because it’s closer to my house, it’s not full of craziness, the staff is always great and no matter how short staffed or long the wait is I’m happy to wait. This particular experience makes me sad to see people being treated poorly by those they work with. Hopefully this review can help both of them be at their best no matter where they work.
