I ordered a handmade pan pizza and chocolate lava cakes. the genius employees that do “quality checks” to ensure my order is made correctly, failed miserably. In what world does a disgusting pineapple and chicken sandwich resemble a lava cake? And to top it all off, my pizza was completely undercooked! With your incompetence, I see why you’re always giving away free pizza, because you can’t do it right!!!Edit: oh and how could I forget that when I tried to call and inform them of their error, it took five different times and over twenty minutes of waiting on hold; only to be told by the manager that she can’t process my refund today. When you mess up, it needs to be rectified immediately

So my text said it would take 24 min for my pizzas, that's fine. Said they should be ready in a certain time frame. It's 10 min past time that time frame. I understand running behind but don't have the estimated time if you can't complete it. I would of went somewhere else if I knew the

What a joke to order here. First off couldn't understand anything they were saying then got transfered for who knows what reason and then they hung up right away before I could even reply hello. All I wanted was one pizza ...really?

Picked up food at this dominos twice and had it delivered from this one once. Delivery was quick and food was hot when I got it delivered. Staff was friendly and food was quickly made, hot and fresh when I picked it up. No complaints. Much better than the one off auburn way.

Great??????This was my first survey at Domino's and although I will say that the reviews are not very positive, but it is enough and quite good for pizza. It is possible how and when you hit someone. It was easy and simple. The pizza is delicious and there is quite a large selection. Children also I liked it very much, they even asked for extras. I especially liked the sweet bread with sauce. You can order online. There are very cool offers on which you can significantly save money and eat to your heart's content. I like to order online most of all, it takes 10-20 minutes and it's ready. Delicious. I wish you all the best of luck it was useful. Come and enjoy.

My boyfriend order wings with Buffalo sauce and when he came back home soon as we open it , it was plain wings no sauce what so ever I'm just like this is not what we order so my boyfriend called and he called on a good nice manner she was being so rude and offer to just go back and give us the sauce like what? By the time we drive back wings are going to be cold CRAZY ! He tried to ask for her name so when we go in we ask for her she instead refuse to give her name and hanged up we called second time to ask for a manager and that person said manager was speaking so we explained the whole situation come to find out she said it was her who answer the first call asked her why she hanged up & said if you want to argue we can argue in person so rude and unprofessional!!!! She needs to be fire how is it that we get BAD customer service for a order THEY MESSED UP !!!! SomeoneWith a good customer service would apologize and fix the order to satisfy their customers not be rude and argue with a customer will not be coming back to this store !!! And everyone that was there bad customer too basically telling us to leave oh but vice versa if they were on our shoes I'm pretty sure they would be upset about their order who wantsTo get home with a order messed up and get treated bad for a order they messed up!

FOOD POISON ‼️My family ordered pizza two days ago, July 19, 2023 for delivery. After my husband and nieces and nephews had pizza, they felt very sick. I just assumed maybe it was just something else until 3am they we're constantly throwing up and being on that bathroom seat. I took them to the hospital just to find out it was food poisoning.I tried calling the Auburn Location 2 times just to be told "I'm sorry and get hung up on". This is not about the money! My 2 year old niece was very sick, and if you are dismissing my call, then we should reach out to our family lawyer. We got hospital visits to prove it!!

This Dominos is the closest to my work so I use them a lot to order for the whole crew (anywhere between 15-45 people.) They are seriously so fast. I am always surprised by how quickly they can fill such a big order on short notice. The quality is great and we have never had any issues! The customer service is fantastic. Everyone is polite, friendly, and super helpful. If you're close by, definitely use this location.
