This review is for 05-07-2025. I walked in the store in the late afternoon and immediately I noticed that there were 4 employees all females, 2 Caucasian women, 1 Filipino or other and one African American. Not a single one of them acknowledged me or helped me. At one point three of them all walked in the back room and if I didn't ask the African American employee I'm not convinced that I would have been helped at all.
This Eddie Bauer location needs to either diversify their staff by gender or fire the current employees and rehire. I didn't feel anything good with my visit to the store and definitely decided not to buy anything nor return. As a male customer I felt completely disregarded.

I LOVE having this store in the area I live. The sales are good and the staff is GREAT! Judith was extremely helpful today when I was buying a pair of capri's. She asked how they fit and I said a little loose which is what I prefer. She was honest and told me the Rainier pants do stretch and I may want to consider a size smaller. I tried on the smaller size and they fit nicely, though slightly more snug than I usually wear. Because of her help and honesty, I have a pair of capri's I'll be happy with in the longrun. Thank you Judith!

I was shopping at EB today and I noticed an older lady came in to make an exchange and overhearing as I was nearby, it seemed quite complicated for her. The manager named Judith was so kind and patient, taking the time to ensure everything worked out so she could make an exchange. I was glad to see that common human decency still exists.

Is this store in business or out? Hard to tell. Not much selection of anything. Sale prices are not sale prices. Very disappointed

Customer service is non existent. If you fit the profile and bring in bags of your own, you’ll casually be followed around.
