after making multiple payments on this all the sudden when i'm making my final one an additional 150$ was added to it and no one will answer my emails or phone call and tell me why. so sketchy and unprofessional l.

If I could give a negative rating I would definitely do it. The branch manager, S, cheats customers blatantly. She listed the non-existent car online and tricked their own customer service to reserve the car to multiple customers. I am one of the unfortunate customer who got her scammed. I received email with "Your Reservation is Confirmed.Thanks for choosing Enterprise! You reserved a Standard vehicle on April 6, 2023 at SOUTH AUBURN.” and with the car's picture. I also verbal confirmaed with the person from enterprise by phone. I get to this branch in about half an hour. This Miss S suddenly said that they don't have a car for me. I showed her my reservation with number. She folded her arms over her chest and said in a contemptuous tone I don't think you should get the car. It's unbelievable that she can face the person she cheated so confidently. She refused to solve the problem, she thought that my failure to get the car has nothing to do with her and her company. She said that she is a private company. the car can be given to whoever she wants, but not me. This is my first bad review in ten years. Throughout the process, she dismissed emails from the company that amounted to contract confirmations as nothing. She doesn't feel guilty at all for cheating, and she doesn't call to see if other branches have cars.She has no solution other than to treat her clients brutally. TERRIBLE ENTERPRISE BRANCH!

The last time I rented a car from one of the Auburn location was really messed up,I usually make online payments it was great until last week ,I never knew one of my payment didn't go through but didn't receive any emails nor a text message or phone call letting me know about the situation ,but what they did, they over charged me and also took more money from my bank card and I also didn't receive my $200 deposit till now so I guess they're really ripping people of with such bad customer service and lies ,I will never ever rent from them anymore...such a disappointment?
