As someone who works in the auto industry, I usually get lots of red flags when buying cars. Martin was only green flags from beginning to end. We showed up on a Thursday night to test drive, and Martin gave us the keys for the Crosstrek that we were looking at, and told us to bring it back when we were done. No sales pressure, and he didn't ask to go with us. My husband and I took it around Auburn, and on the highway to ensure that everything worked as it should. We were able to truly test drive it and not feel any pressure. We pulled into an empty parking lot and opened every door, the hood and the hatch. We checked EVERYTHING without some nosy salesman over our shoulder. It gave us an opportunity to experience the car the way that you would when you got it home. The Crosstrek had been in an accident, so before we had gotten there, Martin had sent me the Carfax, photos of the damage, and all other pertinent information so that my husband and I knew EXACTLY what we were getting into. The car drives like a dream, and the repair work from the accident is beautiful. The frame is straight, the paint match on the new panels is perfect, and the gaps between the panels are as aligned as they were when they were new. My husband and I came back on Saturday after thinking everything over and finishing up the money situation, and Martin greeted us again with a smile. Over the weekend, Martin was answering all of my questions via phone calls and texts, and was incredibly patient with us. Before we got the keys, he put a full tank of gas in the car, and got it washed and the interior vacuumed. The paperwork part of the transaction was easy since Martin filled everything out for us, and explained each document and what it meant. Now that we've had the car for a few days, and I've had time to deeply look into the repairs, I can say that I'm even more pleased. The care that was put into this car is evident, and I'm so excited to have it for the adventures that my husband and I are planning to go on. Martin was honest, patient and kind through the whole experience, and I'd recommend him and his cars to anyone! Thanks again, Martin! We love our Crosstrek!-Tori and Zae

Black crosstrek- Acting like they didn’t know their car had a vacuum leak when it was making a very noticeable hissing sound when you would hit the gas. They told me its running perfect either they are bad mechanics and don’t know how a vehicle should be running or they are trying to sell vehicles with issues. Took it out to have it scanned and sure enough eva code with No check engine light on. Either this code doesn’t throw a check engine light on or light was turned off idk. Be careful out there. Maybe a honest mistake but idk.

Martin is an honest, helpful, and knowledgeable person who will do what's right for the customer. My partner and I were looking for exactly what they had in stock - Subaru Impreza, with low mileage at a fair price. He delivered and the customer service afterwards was outstanding. Highly recommend Martin and his team at Exelon!

5 start service. Both sales/service guys were awesome. Bought 2012 BMW 328i xDrive from them. Spend a lot of time talking to service guys about the car I bought, history/all the prep work they did on the car. Everything was pretty straightforward and transparent, no BS. Definitely recommend this dealership.

5 Star Service - Very friendly, no pressure. I test drove the vehicle, made a cash offer and he started the paperwork. I left with the vehicle within an hour. Vehicle registration and title arrived within 2-weeks. Highly recommended!

What a pleasure to do business with. Martin stayed open until late at night to work around my schedule. The car was as described and he was fair with a couple of minor issues that came up. Very happy with the car and price. Best experience I have ever had buying a car from a dealer.

I contacted Martin to inquire about a Toyota Prius on his lot. I live in Portland and was getting ready to make the trip to Auburn because I was so excited about this car. When speaking with Martin on the phone he was very unprofessional, stating that questions I was asking were "irrelevant" (i.e., how long has the car been on the lot). How is that an irrelevant question? The car was in an accident and I was asking questions about the state of the vehicle and he dismissed me, saying "the CarFax tells you everything you know." Is this guy really the car salesman or is he someone the salesman put on the phone while he went to lunch? Such a ridiculous experience. Don't buy from this guy unless he promises not to talk.

Help me bought a car from this man which he told me to be Clean Title and now I found out that the car is rebuilt after receiving the title. I feel cheated I have conversations with him through messages asked about the title and he said it was clean.
