This place is an absolute joke. I drove 30 minutes out of my way just to show up and find the store already closed — at 4:17 PM — even though their website clearly says they’re open until 5. I pulled into the lot and the guy literally started shutting everything down right in front of me like he couldn’t be bothered.
On top of that, the front of the shop looks like a homeless hangout. There were people just loitering and posted up outside, making it uncomfortable and honestly sketchy to even approach the door. It felt more like walking into a bad alley than a place of business.
Super unprofessional, misleading, and just straight-up lazy. If you’re going to run a business, the bare minimum is sticking to your posted hours and creating a safe, welcoming environment. I will never be back, and I highly suggest you take your business somewhere that actually respects your time.

I love this place, this is the only pawn shop Ill go to anymore. They really do treat you like family. I was broke and really needed money for.payroll and brought in my item. I told them my story and not only did they give me what I asked for, they even gave me an extra 50 dollars cause they could tell I was hurting. They also have an amazing selection of my type of stuff. The shoe selection is amazing as well. The only thing I wish they had was more Kobalt power tools. The hours are a bit weird sometimes too. i just went up there and they were closed in the middle of the day.

EZ Pawn is compassionate and caring. Has fair pricing on quality items and understand that they have the ability to help somebody even if it’s five dollars I’ve experience many pawnshops, but never felt as if I mattered only as if there was something wrong with me for even pawning my stuff as if they’ve never been on hard times right. EZ Pawn Never made me feel that way. Thank you guys you rock and I appreciate you.

Under new ownership I believe. The new guy named Dallas is awesome. Has pretty much always been fair, has been more than fair in times I needed financial help, and he's a very genuine kind fella. Shops much better than it was and much better than any other corporate shop in town!
