Completely Horrible!!! Its 2:26 on a Saturday and the doors are locked. Business is open until 5. You should be ashamed. Poorly managed business. Follow your business hours or update and be respectful to your customers.

Both ladies (Jeanette and Tina i believe, i may have misheard over the phone) were helpful as my local FedEx laminator was down. I understood online said the expectation for posters was next day, but the team helped me with my questions and exceeded expectation by having the poster ready within a few hours. Really needed it asap and they helped!

You cannot drop off your packages or return packages with a QR code at the Auburn Walgreens that is a lie I was just there and they do not accept QR codes from FedEx for returns.

I called and reported a package that was left on my porch over a week ago the same day it was left here they assured me that someone would come pick it up and they never have they are always leaving packages on my porch that does not belong to me that does not go to my address..

This is the worst delivery ever. we ordered 3 large packages, they couldn’t find a location for two weeks. We made a schedule for delivery and asked for it to be delivered on January 18th, they delivered it on January 17th when they were out of town and now they have to pick it up themselves. They offer to pick it up, but maybe I can’t pick it up. it's horrible

I can't believe how far this store went to make my marketing materials amazing!!!! The staff here is awesome and I love coming here. Far far better than other shipping options or even other fedex stores in my opinion.
