This is the worst delivery ever. we ordered 3 large packages, they couldn’t find a location for two weeks. We made a schedule for delivery and asked for it to be delivered on January 18th, they delivered it on January 17th when they were out of town and now they have to pick it up themselves. They offer to pick it up, but maybe I can’t pick it up. it's horrible

Took my package, never scanned it, and refused to give me the receipt. Trying to get higher ups to get this one sorted out. The worst experience ever, never felt so disrespected there.

I can't believe how far this store went to make my marketing materials amazing!!!! The staff here is awesome and I love coming here. Far far better than other shipping options or even other fedex stores in my opinion.

Kind of scummy. They'll overcharge you for prints if you don't catch them, so watch out. They don't have the basics you'd need from a "office" service.

The customer service at this location is horrible and the employees are clueless. The first time I went it, I needed to print something off my email, so they directed me to the print and go station. My 1 page PDF document would not download and the associates just stood there until I got tired of waiting and went to the computer. The second time I came in, I needed to print something off a website, but they told me the computer was broken. I asked what I should do and they just told me to go to a different store, instead of just saying you can email it to yourself and print it from the print and go station, which I figured out myself and did. Every time I go in, the associates are never friendly and don't seem to care very much.

Worst services ever. The girl who attends in the afternoons is extremely arrogant without a vocation for service. she has no idea what customer service is. I hope I never use this terrible service ever again

The door says they close at 8pm I got there at 6:03 the lady was still in there and as she came out she told me they close at 6 I don’t know why their hours posted on the door say 8pm then she said only Fed way is open till 8 if that’s true they need to update the hours on the door and on google. I wouldn’t be surprised if she just closed early cause she felt like it.

My work has me here weekly and the staff have always been great. The manager, Buddy, along with Melissa, are always so on top of things! Would give 5 stars, but as other reviews have said, they are very understaffed. Not the employees fault, but does make it tricky when they take their lunch breaks and need to close mid-day. Staff and service wise, very professional and helpful!

I've been to almost all Fedex Office Print & Ship centers in King county. This particular Fedex office in Auburn is definately one of my top two favorite locations among them (The other one is Bellevue Factoria location). Buddy and all other staffs at this location are really friendly and helpful. I never had any single incident with shipping and/or receiving packages here. Also they seems to work really fast and make the line go quick. So.. most of the time, theres no waiting!! I very appreciate their service & hard work. Thank you!!

It's great ?. They even close for lunch from 1230 to 120 - or they were closed for some reason today for an hour - maybe Spanish style - siesta time ?

If I can give FedEx zero star I would; they constantly rescheduling my expected delivery 5x times without any type of sms/email/call notification. I wasted my work days waiting for these useless company to arrive, god their communications is extremely BAD! The only thing you can do is track it on their site but again it’s useless !!!!
