I have been with Ferrellgas from 1996. Needless to say I wouldn't still be with them if they weren't fantastic. Their people are the best and the drivers make sure I get what I need. I recommend them to all needing propane.

I agreed to have ferrellgas fill my tanks due to their first time special pricing. First I was charged a leak meter testing for both of my tanks. I was told that was because they looked at the 5' out of 100+' of gas line and consider that to be a leak test. My large tank was filled 75% per my Guage yet charged me for 80%, an extra 25 gallons. I'm still not sure why they didn't fill my tank as I had ordered. I called to question these things and I was told I would receive a call back, never did. I don't feel confident in how they conduct business.

Awful customer service. I went here to set up a commercial account and was told by the only employee working “I'm on lunch” I said ok and left. I’ll take my business elsewhere

I decide to go read a few reviews of ferrellgas since I got here at 4:10 and there's no one to be seen considering they say they close at 4:30 p.m.I guess I'm going to find someone else to fill my propane needs since I wasted my time and gas just to come over here which I thought the price was pretty good but I don't know now.

I have been a customer for several years with Ferrellgas. When you send e-mails stating the price per gallon of propane at $2.09 you don't show the hidden charges I pay or propane. Ie: hazmat fees at $15.99 and fuel surcharge fees at $10.99. These hidden charges raise the price per gallon to $2.21.5 cents. I would appreciate knowing all the cost prior to ordering.

I just called Ferrelgas because we are switching to another propane supplier. The reason being is last April when I called to fill the tank, I was shocked by the price per gallon. I did some research regarding the price of propane in our area and it was less than half of what Ferrell was offering us. When I called and asked why it was so high, the gal on the other end told me that it's like Comcast, you get the special pricing for 1 year and then it goes way high. Oh, but they could re-offer me the intro price again to keep my bill down. I called around to other companies, and they all told me that was ludicrous. I asked my neighbors (none of whom get their propane from Ferrell, and now I know why), and they said their propane suppliers don't do that. Well, when the gal asked me why I was switching, I told her the reason stated above. She became argumentative with me, kept interrupting me, and was incredibly condescending. She suggested that I just call back each spring to get the new customers price again. When I told her that I am busy and don't want to have to call back each year to get a special pricing, she went off on how all propane dealers do this, etc and would not stop. I had to physically hang up the phone on my end to stop such a horrific conversation.As far as deliveries went, they were always on time and the delivery men were respectful. They probably deserve 2 stars but I'm so upset by the conversation that just happened that I am giving them 1.

I have had you for 13 years never had a problem until now, I put in an order may 10th, paid in full now it's June 6th I've called so many time as I'm almost out the lady just laughed at me.

Not super happy with my recent experience 12/30/22.I really hate giving negative reviews, but as a first time, winter, propane owner I would not go with this company; especially if you lease. Why, right now during the winter months they are so back-logged (the second rep), that they cannot accommodate emergency fills. That's the reason for (2) starts, unfortunately. The rep for our area who comes out with the truck is great, so this review is mainly for the fact that a company so large could not accommodate an emergency fill. That's the biggest reason we went with them; I'm just so happy its not leased and we own our tank. Best investment for this exact reason

Iv always had a great experience here they always treat you with respect and they recertify tanks and tell you if it's worth it. Just wish they stayed open longer

These people never work every time i come in they are on break there web site says their lunch brake is from 11 to 12 you get here there door says 11:30 to 12:30 and guess what at 12:30 still no one here so if you would like to stop by this place arm your self with a lot of patience you you be there for awhile
