I’ve had consistently frustrating experiences with the customer service at this JD. While not all the employees are rude, the majority I’ve encountered seem to have an unwelcoming attitude. It’s clear that some staff members don’t want to be there, which reflects poorly in how they treat paying customers. As someone who has worked in retail before, I understand the challenges of the job, but I’ve never treated customers with the level of disregard I’ve experienced here. It’s disappointing to feel like asking for assistance is an inconvenience to the staff.

Dissatisfactory my dad came on his birthday I his daughter came few days ago. I will tell everyone I know do not go to this location this store. Customer services skill lack , and manger employees are uneducated and rude. Customers are always right DO NOT GO THERE south center has more shoes and more better customer care.

If I could give negative scores, I would. I wanted to tell people coming in to turn around. I asked for 2 pairs of shoes, they said they’d grab it from the back, came back with 1 shoe and didn’t say a word. We wait for the other shoe, only to have waited 20 minutes. Once I asked for the shoe, they told me they didn’t have my size. I said rhen why did you make me wait 20 minutes. She said she didn’t know then walked away without apologizing for wasting my time. Once I went to the cashier with the one shoe I was given, she was confused and then proceeded to look for the other pair very slowly. Once she found it, asked for my email and had me repeat it over 8 times when it was a 5 letter email. Overall experience was terrible. I spent over 45 minutes in there when it should’ve been no more than 5.Everyone was rude and it seemed like it was every single persons first day of work. No organization, no communication, no customer service. I genuinely recommend closing down or at the very least getting a new staff. Yall hire anyone huh

Don’t bother going here. Go to Famous Footware or Nike Store, here they say they’ll grab your size from the back, help 25 customers behind you, then say they don’t have your size. When they waste your time and you make it clear to them that they wasted your time, they are rude and just move on. The people here do not care about you or your shoes, only your moolah. Don’t go here: At least Famous Footware and Nike would be happy to help, and they won’t have you wait 30 minutes while they help customers behind you.

I got a new pair of shoes for Christmas but they can’t exchange them for a smaller size… they want me to return and repurchase for way more money than what was ironically paid!
