  I had a Fireside warranty tech named Martin come out to resolve some issues with my fireplace. He was everything you could ever ask for. He called ahead to give us time to prepare for his arrival. He was punctual, courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable. Thanks to him, I had a great experience.
