My vehicle's work was completed ahead of schedule! The store manager is helpful and courteous. The store is cleaner than on previous visits and the waiting room furniture has been updated. There are many restaurants within walking distance and a Lowe's and dollar store across the street.

Came in for an alignment last year. Haven't drove vehicle more that 7k and alignment is off again. Got lifetime warranty and Auburn wont accept. Also truck weas broken into down there. They fixed window and left glass all over vehicle and brake assist for towing stolen and not replaced.

They Accepted vehicle to align it. did not have tools to actually center the steering wheel and would not refund or refer to location with proper equipment to complete alignment.

I made wheel alignment in March of this year, my check says 12 months warranty or 12,000 miles. I do appointment for last Friday, they tell me it's too late, let's change to Wednesday, I agree, I come today they tell me we have new rules, you only have 30 days warranty, new manager or pay 60$ extra. I have in the receipt clearly written warranty 12 months.
