Rude. Inconsiderate.I'm not a customer, nor will I ever be.I was in Fred meyer today and observed how this pharmacy treats disabled, elderly people attempting to pick up their medication. Their unethical conduct was so unprofessional, I had to film it. I'll be filling a complaint with The Washington State Pharmacy Quality Assurance Commission, and Department of Health. This particular CVS Pharmacy seems to be oblivious to the Equality Act and the social model of disability. The vast majority of Pharmacys and their staff have been treating people, technically "Patients" with nothing but attitude, disrespect, and total disregard for the sole reasoning behind why they're picking up a Rx in the first place. These people are obviously facing health issues that require medication management. Most people picking up a prescription is probably sick and facing adversity. Or is caring for a loved one who is facing health issues. Ever since COVID, their conduct has only gotten worse. Oh, I'm sorry.... Are you burned-out, underpaid, or bitter because of the profession that YOU CHOSE!! Are you not aware that if you're unhappy with your career, you're able to change your profession. It's true, especially in the United States of America. The job market is Wide open, so many opportunities. Or do you find pleasure in belittling disabled or elderly people. I'm so sick of Pharmacist and their technicians pouting over their job. Do something about it!! Food for thought, if you ever get the opportunity to visit another country, especially one that is poverty stricken, open your eyes and observe what they're enduring to provide for their family. Pull your head out your arsh and have a conversation with them. You can pretty much guarantee that these people will greet you with a smile and provide great customer service while making pennies compared to what most pharmacist and technicians are making here in the U.S. Don't forget to factor health benefits, vacation, sick leave, overtime opportunities, 401k, a safe working environment. As well as protection from their union, federal and local Government agencies. Are you burned-out from COVID ?? Over worked and underpaid? So are the people you serve. Everyone is burned out.Stand in line. Most of us are facing the same shhh?. Here's another benefit of working for a large Pharmaceutical distributor, it's called FMLA or PFMLA.Google it. It's like a military stress card in basic training. Yup, this is America, 2024. Everyone gets a trophy! Taxpayers will actually float you through your difficult times, if warranted. You can Netflix and chill for 12 weeks, heck, even more if you qualify. I encourage you to take a break. Stop treating people with disrespect and attitude. It's ugly and pathetic. All the while, on FMLA, you and your job will even be legally protected. Are you beginning to realize how blessed you are being a citizen of the United States of America. Take a look around. Go visit Ukraine, the Middle East, Mexico, etc.All do respect, you put pills in a bottle and distribute them to people. Again, take a look at other countries, their people and do a little research on their rights. Their wage, living conditions, etc. You have a responsibility and duty to your customers. Treat people with some respect. If you hate your job, don't take it out on an ill patient. Go sort yourself out. Pursue another career. I'm sure their's someone who would be more than happy to perform your job. I'm not speaking for every CVS employee. You know who you are. After I file a series of complaints and provide video of your conduct, you'll definitely know who you are.And if these people decide to pursue legal action against you, YES, they can do that. ?. You're not impervious to your discriminatory actions. Know your patients and their rights. Especially if they're engaged in a protected act under ADA law. Discrimination and or Disability Discrimination is no laughing matter. Especially after COVID. The Judic

I love the techs at the pharmacy, Donna,Matt, Jeanette, dedra, Ana, Austin. I'm very upset that they no longer except my insurance anymore. My husband and I have been going to this pharmacy for more than 10yrs. Someday I would love to beable to return someday. I hate the service at my new pharmacy and they are not as personal as fred meyers.

The staff and security here are the worst. I saw them hurt a young man that had absolutely nothing he wasn't stealing yet they tore his shirt and threaten to taze him.

I've been going here for a little over six months and I have nothing but great things to say. All the pharmacist, pharmacy technicians, and cashiers are always beyond friendly. Extremely knowledgeable. I will not go anywhere else for my prescription needs!

I have not had a bad experience in this Fred Meyer, except for at the Starbucks in this location. There is one older employee who looks miserable all day every time I am in there. She is also incredibly rude and clearly has little Starbucks experience and training. She makes me not want to spend my money there and that is the opposite of what a barista should do. She has given me attitude multiple times for just simple questions. It is not OK. She should be moved to a different department because she is clearly not a people person and does not belong there.

First of all, it is the most expensive store around with the rudest people. I just moved in and went there because it is just across the parking lot. I took some coins down and ran it through coinstar. It jammed and the person that was fixing it told me to shop and come back to Customer Service to pick up my ticket. I did so, a week later I went to use it and they said they could not give me the money because you have to cash it the same day. The only thing on the front and back said "Redeem today with any cashier at the store" It does not say, you have to redeem it today. Needless to say that was enough for me to never shop there again and spread the word to the other 300 senior citizens that live there.

The Fred Meyer store in Auburn was rewarded with a $50,000 check from the lottery commission for selling the winning ticket last week, according to the company. The company in turn donated the entire $50,000 to the Auburn Food Bank. It will provide about 66,000 meals. This införmation came from CNN affiliate KING TV.I am in awe of the kindness and generosity. Thank you. (and I don't even live in that part of the country...)

Let's start with I remember when the west entrance was still open near the shoe department and being dropped off at the on site "daycare". After moving out of state for a few years and coming back I enjoy shopping at a Kroger store, good selection of items... produce always looks and is great. 80% of the staff is top notch. The bad? Not a fan of every clothing item locked up... feel like this will go away over time when they realize that nobody wants to shop or browse in a store with every item locked up. Until shoplifting laws are properly enforced sure it will stay this way. Also the outside of the store, poor lighting causes traffic/safety issues and let's also face it this is about the only business in Auburn that looks exactly the same outside since the 1990s. Pretty sure the lighting in the letters facing Auburn way has been off or burnt out my entire life... Just a bit of improvement would go a long way, deter people littering, nice properly lit parking lot, more then one automatic door for the only entrance open the vast majority of the time. Overall, always know Freddie's has what I need but it could use a little love. For our benefit and the employees.

The technician went out of her way to help me. She listened and gave feedback on what some options were. My son's medication is out of stock in a number of stores. Daydreah (might not be spelling that right, so sorry) went out of her way to help me. I have never felt so taken care of over the phone with the pharmacy.

TLDR/ Price: Decent, Service: Friendly, Verdict: Go for it! Solid place to buy gas! Much less expensive than other places in Auburn. I love how well lit the pumps are for night time and the attendant is always pleasant. The area around the pumps is generally clean and free of hazards. Thanks Fred Meyer for being a bit of nice in a day of dreary. The deli is usually understaffed but the workers are competent and pleasant. The produce area is usually clean and dry. The workers are knowledgeable and willing to help you out when you are looking for something specific. The isles are wide enough to pass by another customer with a cart without issue. The store displays are tasteful and generally family friendly. I have always enjoyed coming here since moving to Auburn. The employees all seem to enjoy their jobs and usually have a smile on their face or a good word in greeting. If you are looking for flaws, sure there are some, but what grocery store is perfect. I like this Fred Meyer and they do s good job of keeping their store looking good, despite the growing drug and homelessness problems plaguing the area. It you want a good experience where you leave feeling like you have gotten your money's worth while still having the extra touches of a nicer supermarket, then this is as good as it gets in Auburn.

Went to buy boots and work pants, all pants and work shirts are locked up and have fun trying to find an associate to unlock it. No price tags on any socks as well as some pants and shirts. Save your self from a headaches and go somewhere else. Also they don't have a good selection of work boots. I recommend REDWINGS IN Federal Way or Tukwila
