Tire Hub makes it VERY difficult to do business with them. Nearly nonexistent customer service. Can never seem to talk to the same person twice. Deliveries are often late or with no ETA at all. The most irritating thing is that they no longer send month-end invoices and will not accept payment over the phone. I think they should take a hard look at their standard operating procedures and rethink some of them.

I work for courtesy auto tire and service a Goodyear associated store, we had used Goodyear wholesale for 30 years plus. Needless to say when they changed to TireHub it was quite a culture shock, especially with the early struggles they had with acclimating to the stores that moved to TireHub after Goodyear wholesale went away. But now it seems they have hit their stride. They have done an amazing job as of late and seem to have things under control. The contacts we have in Amanda, Aggie and the rest of the team have become more valuable then we could ever imagine. A+ work guys keep it up!

Only reason I give it one star is for the afternoon delivery driver that delivers to me..as far as helping figure out when stuff is getting delivered it's like pulling teeth..no communication no call backs unless u call consistantly to figure out what's going on..this company used to be reliable on delivering tires for my customers now I cant even count on them

On July 5th I didn't see my morning run until 2PM. Their excuse was because of the holiday traffic. The afternoon run showed up 30min-1hour after the morning run. We are constantly being run in circles with getting our delivery times. TODAY July 9 had the exact same issue. They directed us to 5 different people that still couldn't give us an answer as to why our tires aren't in time again. When the morning driver showed up, she told us that she was directed to skip our stop and go to centralia first. Ever since their new system they've been completely unreliable. The only person we trust is the afternoon driver. He ALWAYS calls us if he's running behind (which is rare) and he's always early or on time.

Poor customer service ,unprofessionalisim,rude and arrogant.according to my reading they were misbehaving as if they were hiding something. Am a yellow cab driver .I only went there to buy tires. But the guys were asking me alot of unprofessional questions. Even after giving them my for hire license .its like the place is not open to public. Its like if you want to buy tires .you will be surrounded by goons. Scary.
