I need to tell you about a hairdresser named Shannon. She is getting this five-star review because she deserves it. I'd say she's more like at ten, but five will suffice. Long story short, she is the best. I've never had a better haircut.

I really like coming here, the staff has always been very nice and kind to me. Today I went in with out making an appointment, I got Tina who had never cut my hair before. She was very kind and did the whole cut with scissors. She was very good, I even fell asleep. I asked if I could get her again and she told me to just ask for her on the appointment app.I told her awesome . Dont get me wrong every person there does a great job, i just liked how Tina did it . They are very kind people and i like the fact that I can have the same person cutting my hair each time for now on...5 stars to everyone and 10 stars to Tina ...

I have been visiting this Great Clips regularly for 14 years.
On 1/20 I had my usual cut by Axel (not sure if the spelling is correct) this was definitely an unusual experience. I did the usual look around with the mirror behind your head and at a quick glance it looked fine. After washing all the hair off at home I realized my new cut looked like I took a pair of scissors to my hair and a straight razor to the back of my neck. It was very uneven, not poorly blended but simply not blended at all. My neck felt and looked like I got in a fight with a feral cat
The next Morning I went back and Hoa Mai took me in to make the corrections. She did a fantastic job, I couldn't recommend her enough. I write this review with the hope that corrections are made to the quality and safety of the cuts. To this point my neck stick burns and I hope that the shears were clean and I do not get any infections.

I really wish I had read the reviews before coming here. Sounds like everyone else had a bad experience like I did. I came in and had asked for a haircut to take off some split ends, get my hair layered, and to take some of the weight out of my hair. I spent over $30 for 5 minutes of sitting in a chair and only got the ends of my hair trimmed instead. The stylist didn’t do what I wanted with my hair because in her own words, “ it is stupid and I can’t take the weight off but I can make minor layering on the ends of your hair”. I have been to many salons in my life, I know what I asked for can be done but, she didn’t care. She was more interested in complaining to me and her coworkers about how she was upset about having to be at multiple locations to work that day and how slow her locations are instead of listening to my needs. I was there to get a haircut, not listen to your sob story. I’m sorry she isn’t happy with her job, but she needs to tell her boss or go work elsewhere, not complain to her client about it. Sad to see how horrible customer service has become and that they’ll still charge you and arm and leg for their poor services. I will be going elsewhere from now on.

I wish there was an option of 0 stars.
I was looking for a faded crew cut, 1 on sides and short at the top. The stylist I got this time did a terrible job and gave an uneven cut especially on the back of my head. When i told to cut more on the top got a rude response of "I have time to cut hair only once and not 2 times" the place was empty for a Wednesday afternoon haircut and none waiting. C'mon does it take that long to cut men's hair? I'm not getting my hair cut again if such rude people are stylists.
There is one other stylist I like here, she gives a great cut but i do know her by name. If i step in here again i will ensure i will get it from her.
