Yesterday I was with my husband shopping at Grocery Outlet, and we were helped by a young cashier who is always super nice and respectful. While we were there, a manager with gray hair started yelling at her in front of everyone. It was uncomfortable to watch, and I’ve seen this manager be rude to other employees too.
No one, especially someone so young and kind, deserves to be treated like that. It’s unprofessional to embarrass staff in front of customers. I hope the company teaches their managers to treat employees with more respect.

I love this grocery outlet store. I plan to come back as soon as possible. I like to come to here and we’re going to youth group in Federal Way. I’d like to stop in and just buy last-minute snacks. There’s everything and anything here and service is amazing. Their customer service has always been amazing.

Love the store this your neighbor. I do have issue with the night managers attitude towards your kindest employees. She treats them like lesser. You have a employee who quit, tonight is her last night. Got ran out because of a angry woman. Last year she yelled across the isle to her stop talking to me and my wife at the register and punch out your on are time.that is the face of your store at night. Just saying can you check it out. Good people should be treated as such.

Everything has been great except for a couple things there's been from what I've seen at all stores not just grocery outlet but all stores have an almost addiction or orders from above to force high fructose corn syrup on us in everything possible same with soy, wheat, gluten, GMOs ( almost all GMOs contain Roundup) Canola oil, vegetable oils, Xanthan gum, gar gum, and other gums, artificial sweeteners, and various food colors and dyes, these are good for nobody except the people selling them

Always a bargain and I stop by once a week for new and rotating stock. Smaller companies' products may not have the customer base of more well known brands and inventory may have to be reduced. You may be rewarded with a previous unknown product you like but if you wait to buy more it may be too late! Always check the Sell-By date on exceptional deals! The employees are friendly and helpful.
