She was very friendly and personable. Knew her job and did it well. I was in and out in less the 30 min. Trust me being a former customer at H&R block, this was a good decision to switch.

I went in figuring we would have to pay up to a couple of thousand more in taxes. However, after finishing the return the rep at Jackson Hewett and a supervisor review done we had a refund of $1178.00, what a pleasant surprise.Usually I do our own returns but I'm glad we had Lisa Stensgaard at the JH office on South A street.Thank you Jackson Hewett,Roger V.

The switch and get $100 is a joke. Yea they give you a american express card and the $100 arrives within 30 minutes. But what they done tell you is that the $100 isnt free like advertised. It still comes out of your refund and for the fees of doing your taxes. So you really dont get $100 like it says. If i would have known this i would have done my taxes online. I paid over $250 to have JH do my taxes and i didnt get approved for a refund advance and i didnt actually get the $100 for switching like it says. The lady who did my taxes was great but i dont think she knew about that deal. Next year i will do my taxes online and not pay so much in fees.

We're not happy with the person who served because she didn't tell us about the service fee $49.99 and discount of $100 and it took two days because of the network and some othe reasons.

Michelle was very patient with my wife and me. We were a mess when it came to being prepared and Michelle walked us through the entire process. She also did literally everything she could to get us tax breaks, saved us thousands! Plan on going next year.

2nd year in a row! Jackson Hewitt has treated me as an individual with an awesome professional atmosphere. Shortly after leaving their office I received a rather large advance on my taxes.

I arrived half an hour before closing time. The person working with some people before me was obviously stalling so she didn't have to do my taxes today. She kept going over the same material over and over. She was making unnecessary small talk, and generally slowing the process down as much as she could to avoid serving one more customer. I've never experienced this kind of poor customer service or laziness in my life. It's truly pathetic the lengths this employee is going to so she can avoid doing my taxes this evening. Avoid this location at all costs.

Need to not let customers park in the one and only handicapped spot that do not have a placecard or plates for handicapped people.
