I regret opening an account at this bank. I deposited a check that was, unbeknownst to me, probably fraudulent, from what thought was a side job and then when the check was flagged for not being payable, it confirmed for me just that. Cpl days later I go to log in to my account (today) I get message thatit is blocked for some reason. I called key customer service and was told all they could tell me is I had to go in bank and speak with an agent. I go on my lunch break and was told to have a seat and that it may be awhile.
I told them I was on my lunch and that i had limited time. So the gal got my number and said one would call me. After work, after they close, I see no one ever called me, I have no gas and my acct will not let me access it in any way for any of the few bucks I have. I call customer service, the agent tells me she can transfer me to the very dept they would be contacting.
I get an agent and she says nothing she can do, that have to go in bank. But I already did.!
I was already considering it last time I had a problem....they cannot issue me a new debit card in bank, I had to wait for snail
So, big bank is holding my Lil bank, sorry can't get home, sorry can't help me.
Well, I'm sorry I can't get MY money from your weak bank.
I should've went to BECU, soooooo much more of a bank!

I tried to exchange some dollar bills for a 100 dlls bill and they wouldn't do it, because i didn't have an account with them.
That's why people don't go there anymore.
I will Never go back there.

Absolutely the worst bank. Charging fees for an account that cannot be seen on online banking. Fees can only be paid in person. Account can’t be closed. They would rather send an account to collections than accept payment for it. The branch manager agreed to helping in many ways in the office but then quickly changed his tune “in front of the cameras” which he brought up. This bank does not care about its elderly customers.

I’ve been trying to see how to go about filing a complaint for awhile now; so I’ll just put it here. First I feel completely disrespected & set back I went to your auburn location & your representative by the name of Allison was completely disrespectful so so rude; I’ll definitely be going to the better business bureau, corporate whoever ! First she was to busy having personal conversations and fraternizing with passing coworkers for me to even grab her attention, I proceeded to inform her I needed help with cashing a check , as I’m trying to get my ID she’s trying to argue me down, I told her I have it I have a big purse I’m a mom it’s a lot going on in here. After I give her my ID , she smirked at me , snatched it & at that point she wasting my time and all that for what? Do your job! So I just asked for my stuff back I would go elsewhere she laughed and tossed it back. That’s completely unacceptable!

Extremely inadequate banking. Inconsistent with how they handle clients, unapologetic when they are wrong. Highly recommend any other bank.

Cash a KeyBank paycheck at KeyBank for 7.50, ludicrous. They should accept their own checks.Edit, took a star away, the only response was to apologize for taking a piece of my hard earned paycheck, instead the corporation doubled down and justified the necessity of deducting from a payroll check. Shame on you KeyBank, I'll never do business with you.

Worst bank ever. My hubby is closing his account this week. They FEE YOU to death, withhold cash deposits and have horrific service!!!!!!!
