Today was the second time that we bought tacos here, my husband asked that they please not give the tripe tacos so brown, since the last time I hurt my tooth because it was so hard, I don't know if the lady did it correctly. Reluctantly, but my stomach burned, and the head tacos were filled with pure fat without any meat, we had to throw them away, my children almost vomited. With the tacos of fat that they put on them, I really think it's bad with this terrible service and food. I tried to eat a tripe taco but I hurt my palate with the meat that was very burnt and super hard, I couldn't chew it. It makes me very sad that this happened to us, especially for my children who were very hungry. As a customer, you expect to enjoy good service and good food and we pay for it. We don't deserve this!!! We are not asking for it for free.

Now this is the place to go if you love a real Mexican food be for I moved here to auburn I lived 20 minutes away and I would drive over here to get my food you won’t find anything that as good as this place best authentic Mexican, food here in auburn. And neighboring towns. Really

May not look like much from the outside, but this place is dang good. Their green and red sauces, so good. Go there at least once a week. Very friendly ladies, always take care of us.

Love everything about this spot! Service is fast and food is amazing. The tacos and sopitos have a light but perfect crunch to them. Adds amazing texture. I always cook mine the same at home and haven't found a place that does it the same until I tried this truck! I'm from California but have lived in Washington for 5 years and this is as close as it gets to authentic Mexican street food you will find in this state. They also have a cute seating area with lights that is beautiful at night!

The food is just put together. Expect the burritos to have more beans than rice and the meat will be dry. The tongue is mediocre at best. Had this place a few times in spans and the quality doesn't change.

Love the tacos here! It's my go to place on my way to work. They add grilled onions and fresh onions as well as a spicy pepper. Takes 5-10 minutes to get 6 tacos and be on my way.

Coming from Tucson AZ. It's been hard to find a taco truck. Cow tongue, chicken, and beef tacos were fantastic. Fresh horchata! Salsa Verde on POINT! You won't be disappointed!

Pretty solid place, the truck the food is served out of doesn't look very appealing when you pull up, but you can't judge a book by its cover ! The tacos were very good. Asada was juicy and only found 2 chewy pieces I couldn't eat. Very good. Tortillas on the tacos were hot and fresh. My only complaint with the tacos is that they don't come with sauce on them, and the Verde sauce they gave me was slightly watery but good none the less. Where this meal fell short was the rice and beans. The beans especially weren't very good. Not gross but not "good." The rice was OK. But as long as the tacos are pretty solid, im happy. BUT the best part is this whole meal was under 12$, so for that price, I can't really complain about anything. I would definitely recommend this place. Also had lots of covered seating
