Very poorly trained staff. Had difficulty with finding the routine bloodwork order. Then was very confused in drawing blood. Accidentally drew extra vials than needed. One had language comprehension issue. The staff also seemed sleepy and disengaged on their phone. Seems ill prepared and not sure if they are trained. Poor attitude too.

This location has gotten busier and staff has gotten smaller.
One woman working alone to check people in and also draw blood. Waiting an hour for a pre booked appointment is ridiculous.

I visited this clinic at 11am on a Thursday for routine bloodwork and was the only patient there. The phlebotomist was approachable, patient as I navigated the processes, and gentle with the draw. The facility is a lot smaller than the one they had in North Auburn but I had a pleasant experience.

This is a fairly nice place next to Valley Women’s Health Care. The office is small with the waiting area next to the receptionist.
You enter the door, scan your ID and insurance card. Then wait for about 20 minutes. The co-pay is about $190.00.
I associated with one of the staff and she’s very nice. The blood work was quick.

When I made my appointment I was not told Labcorp had moved. The old location was great as were all the staff, from front desk to those who drew blood.
The new location is horrible. There is no close parking, no handicap parking that we could find, the whole area is very congested and the office itself is about the size of a closet. Only two staff there, one who was very pleasant at the front desk and very good with the draw.
So disappointed with the location, I will not be back. Really poor decision to move there.

This when from a 4 to a 1. Apparently they moved two weeks ago from Across the street from Freddy's to 1 E Main St. Downtown. No notice to Appointment holders. Nothing transferred over Insurance info, address etc, and the Kiosk was not accepting updates. When I asked what to do I was told to wait, when I was the only one in the office they finally looked it up. The receptionist is a prime example of entitled youth, heaven forbid that she actually could multitask. The bathroom for leaving samples looked like it was in a closet. And as it was downtown, I had to park 3 blocks away. I will not be going to the new location again. What a botched move, I expected more from Labcorp.

I had an appointment scheduled today 6/13/25 at 3:45 pm. When I arrived, there were paper signs on the door that the office was closed. It would have been nice if they sent out a text or email to the patients that had scheduled appointment to let them know that the office was closed and to not come in, especially since I received a text message and an email when I scheduled my appointment. I left work early to go to this appointment.
This is the second time that this has happened with a Labcorp.
I had an appointment with the Federal Way location last Saturday 6/7/25 at 10:20 am and when I arrived there, there were signs up that their system was down and they weren't taking patients with electronic orders. Guess what, I have an appointment with the Labcorp in Renton tomorrow. Wanna bet how much that one will be closed or have some other issue? I don't know what the deal is with Labcorp, but I did hear from someone at the Federal Way location that they will be closing down and replaced by a different lab. Which location will be next. Well, I wes supposed to go to my appointment at the Renton location that I had an appointment scheduled on 6/14/25, and good thing I called before leaving because guess what, their Internet was down so they were only taking people with paperwork.

Always a good experience. The technicians are friendly and quick to put you at ease.

Don’t go here if you need STI testing. They no longer offer support for self-swab tests so you won’t be able to get all of your tests done here.

This is coming from someone who has blood testing done frequently for various medical reasons. I've been to this location 3 times now over the last year. Every single time was great. You can walk in, but I always opt to make an appointment online and it's the easiest process ever. I'll come back here any time I get a Labcorp order.
